Anidita : Cuter Than Ever

Ch - 7 Realization

Bondita dressed better than  usual  because this time she had let her hair free for her pati babu , just as he likes. It was her first time doing something he likes which isn't related to the society or any such thing, just because he likes...But Anirudh , he didn't even notice Bondita's little effort , towards him.

Bondita's POV

He smiled like he does everyday, he didn't smile at me looking how I actually expected him to...he didn't notice. I felt upset and angry. I did this just for him and he didn't notice! Was that compliment just a random comment , nothing out of his heart. Do I even look good? I started questioning myself but Kaka sasur ji , Batuk , Som dada and sasur ji consoled me.
Yes maybe it's because my pallu is over my head , he didn't notice. He'll notice soon. I was still upset but not angry at him anymore....

At the dining table...

Bondita served everyone Radha Ballabhi. It was ksj's favorite. He became so happy to eat his favorite dish. Everyone loved it. Like everyone Bondita served Anirudh too , this time from up close , he should have noticed...but he didn't...

"Aree wah aaj toh kaka ki favorite dish bani hai...kuch khas hai kya aaj Bondita?" He asked instead.

While everyone glared at him in shock and anger...
"Nahi pati babu , bus ese hi" Bondita answered in a sad tone and left for the kitchen.

As soon as she left... everyone bombarded on Anirudh...

"Dada aap toh barrister hain naa, London se padh kar aye hai naa! Etne sare cases jeete hain naa!?" Batuk questioned in frustration.

"Kya dada , aapse yeh umeed nahi thi! Esa kese kar sate ho aap?" Som said in  disappointment.

"Aaj oata chala beta Anirudh tu bilkul apne baba ki tarah hai, sirf kaam ki hi cheezein dikhti hai tujhe, are apne Barristery k kaam mein saboot  dhundne k liye toh ankhe hain lekin jub zarrorat padti hai tabhi tujhe kuch nahi dikhta!" Ksj said in dissatisfied tone.

"Are dada kesi baatein kar rahe hain! Yeh mere jesa nahi hai, mene toh dekhna naa aap sab ki tarah , ese toh phir bhi kuch nahi dikhta!" Binoy told ksj.

While everyone gave Anirudh angry , disappointed looks , Anirudh couldn't take it anymore he shouted!
"Are kya dekhna chut gaya mujhse!?"

"Bodi ne aaj apne baal khule chode hain!"
"Tumhare liye"
Everyone shouted back!

And Anirudh was shocked! What!? He thought. Then everything started making sense...He remembered about last night  and then recalled that this morning at arti Bondita's hair were actually open!
"Oh no what have I done " he thought.
"Are she was tucking her hair behind her ears while arti, while giving you Prasad and now at Breakfast! Those were hints that you should have noticed! She has such long hair how can you not see!!!???" Batuk almost shouted.
Anirudh realized everything now...Is she upset? Is she angry? Oh no will she not talk to me now!? Anirudh started thinking, scared and nervous!

"Bechari kitni dukhi hai!...woh tumhe maaf kare naa kare hum toh tumhe saza denge Anirudh" ksj scolded him.

Bondita came back from the kitchen with everyone's tea and coffee. As everyone saw her they started smiling and acted like nothing happened. She served Anirudh his coffee with a smile and this time he noticed, Bondita was looking so beautiful , he couldn't believe she did this for her...by then she went back into the kitchen.
She was smiling, she isn't mad at me Anirudh thought and smilingly...
"zyada khush hone ki zarrorat nahi hai dada , muskura rahi hai bodi kyuki hum sab k samne udas hona nahi chahati, woh udas hai! Unhe manao sorry bolo aur aaj achi si gift hi dedo" Batuk instructed Anirudh.

"Bilkul sahi kehe raha hai Batuk , are chota hai par in mamlon mein tumse zyada hi dimaag chalta hai iska" kaka said.

Everyone laughed , but Anirudh didn't , he kept thinking about his mistake...now that he had realized he must say sorry and tell her she looks beautiful today.

(Jaldi karo jaldi 🤦🏻‍♀️)

In the evening...

Everyone were out for their respective works... Anirudh returned from his meeting with the governor and went straight into the study...he was reading a book but her focus was on how to say sorry...

At that time Bondita knocked at the study with coffee in her hand and smile on her face...by now her hair was up in a bun...This Anirudh didn't miss noticing...he felt bad and guilty...
"Aa jao bondita" he said looking at her...
She was looking down as she walked inside the study kept the coffee at table near the couch...by then Anirudh got up from his seat and stood near her...
"Thandi hone se pehele pi lijiyega " she said smiling and as she turned back to leave... Anirudh held her hand...

Both hearts were racing in nervousness...what Anirudh was about to do is something both them would remember all their lives... Bondita was confused and more nervous... Anirudh was just as nervous and scared....
She turned around looking at her hand held by him...she then looked at him...his other hand raised and he moved away her pallu covering her head...he then held left arm with his right hand and pulled out her hair pin that was supporting her bun...with his left...he kept peeking towards her back standing closer to her untill her hair was fully free and open...he then held her right shoulder with his left hand....both of them were nervous... Bondita was schoked to see her pati babu's sudden acts and Anirudh was doing whatever his mind made him do....
