Ch - 20 Exploring eachother

Next morning

As Bondita opened her eyes the first rays of sun bothered her to keep them open but struggling she opened her eyes and the first thing she saw was her pati babu's face , sleeping peacefully...and this was the first time she couldn't stop staring at him...she smiled at got up... folded her hands and thanked her Dugga maa for a new day...

She took a bath and got out with wet hair...she went near the window that was bringing in some warm sunlight...she started tossing her hair here and there as she dried her hair with a towel...and as she did this the water from her wet hair started falling on Anirudh's face who was sleeping just at some distance...

Anirudh's POV

My face felt wet and when I woke up I saw Bondita standing with her back towards me...the water from her hair sprinkled towards me as she swayed her wet hair here and there...she was wearing a blue saree almost all dressed up but she was missing her shringar...still...she looked mesmerizing... seeing her face first in the morning was the best start to the day.

She turned back and saw me awake as I was wiping the water off my face...

"Pati babu aap uth gaye?" She said smiling. I sighed , out of an unknown relief... Listening to her voice , her Calling me pati babu , seeing her smile...this morning couldn't get any better...but I teased her "aab tum ese pani daal ke uthaogi toh uthna padega naa Bondita"

She instantly realized what I meant and said"offo mujhe dhyan hi nahi raha , sorry pati babu"
I laughed , how innocent she is...she understood that I was joking and she smilingly went to towards the table...

Bondita picked up her Bangles , and jewellery and wore them...she made a long braid out of her hair... applied alta on her palms , fingers and feet smiling and making designs with it like a new bride...then she traced her eyes with kajal and then made a bindi on her forehead.. Anirudh  was just looking at Bondita all this time getting ready and as he saw Bondita picking up the sindoor from a little box , he stopped her...

"Yeh main laga dun?" He asked smiling , going near her.

She looked at him with confused yet happy eyes and nodded a yes...he took the box from her hand and then took a pinch of sindoor and applied it on her middle parted hair. He smiled and left before giving Bondita any chance to react...she couldn't though...after he left she turned towards the mirror and adorned her reflection...she looked complete...she felt complete.

She was ready for the day now so she went down and the whole family was already there waiting for Bondita and Anirudh. Bondita took the blessings from ksj and Binoy. Soon Anirudh joined them and as soon as his eyes met Bondita's both of them blushed and Bondita went towards the mandir for arti...ksj noticed this and he smiled.
The arti was done by Bondita and Anirudh and everyone proceeded with their day...but Anirudh was home preparing for a case...
He was in the study when Batuk came with some work related to their school...

"Dada school ki building tayaar hai , humein kaal chal kar sabki  janch karni hai phir hum school khol sakte hain" Batuk said happily.
"Are wah! Kaal subha sabhse pehele yahi karenge toh phir" Anirudh said smiling.

"Han aur yeh kuch sarkari kagaz hain jinmein..." Batuk's voice dulled out when Anirudh heard a rhythm of footsteps approaching , he didn't had to think twice to know that it's Bondita , his attention instantly shifted from Batuk's voice to the footsteps and then Bondita entered the study...
