Ch-21 New Turns

Days and weeks passed by in the RC mansion as merrily as anyone could ask. Life was good... Everyone was happy. But things were just going to get even better!!

It was a normal morning in the RC mansion , ksj and family finished the puja but as usual Batuk was late. But when everyone were at the dining table having their breakfast Batuk came running and huffing. In between his fast breath he kept saying something that no one understood... finally Bondita helped him calm down...

"Batuk ye lo pani piyo aur phir batao yeh bhage bhage kahan se aa rahe ho! Kya hua? Kya baat hai? Shanti se batao..." She said.

"Are baudi shanti se batane ka samye hi kahan hai! Mein jo khabar laya hun usse aap sab bhi yahan wahan bhagne lagenge..." Batuk said catching his breath and drinking water...

"Esi bhi kya baat hogayi Batuk? Kya khabar laye ho? Kahin phirse koi masti toh nahi ki naa?" Som said smiling.

"Aur tum yeh subha subha puja se kyun gayab the...esi bhi kya khabar laye ho?" Ksj said.

"Han Batuk tumhara college toh khatam hogaya toh results toh aye nahi honge phir kyun etna hawa par sawar ho? Kya khabar laye ho?" Binoy said righ after ksj finished his sentence.

"Are kya khabar laye ho? Kya khabar laye ho? Hi puche ja rahen hain aap sab! Koi mujhe bolne bhi dega ya nahi?!!"Batuk shouted!

"Are maaf kariye chote zamindar sahab. Aab batao batuk ki kya...acha batao batao..."Anirudh said. And every one smiled.

"Mujhe kaal sham ko phone aya tha governor office se unhone milne bulaya tha...toh mein subha wahin gaya tha..." Batuk said looking at ksj"wahan par jane par pata chala ki ab jab humara school ban chuka hai toh hum school shuru kar sakte hain! Jitni jaldi ho sake utni jaldi! Bacchon ko humari purani haveli se school mein le ja sakte hain! Aur humein ek hafte ka waqt bhi mila hai ki hum baki ki sari tayariyan kar sake aur jaldi se jaldi school ki opening kar saken!!" Batuk said cheerfully!

On listening to his words...like he said earlier everyone started jumping up off their chairs , hugging eachother and congratulating...but Anirudh and Bondita just sat at their places...while Anirudh smiled at his family looking so happy he saw Bondita's eyes let down a few tears... Anirudh got up and sat beside her, he held her hand and looking at eachother they just smiled... Everyone else noticed them and stopped the hurricane happiness and they just stood there...it was like everyone was overwhelmed with happiness and all that was left was...tears of joy!

Soon the preparations of the opening began and the final arrangements were made...entire Tulsipur was invited to the opening of the first Indian school of Tulsipur...One special invitation was sent to a special and close but long gone friend of the RCs. It was a perfect opportunity for them to reunite...

..4 days before opening..

The preparations were on hurry...new equipments and accessories were delivered at the new school and it was already being decorated for its opening. RC mansion was chaotic as everyone was quite busy handling their jobs for the occasion...

"Are koi station gaya ya nahi Bose babu aate hi honge" Ksj shouted.

"Han han kaka, aap chinta maat kijiye mein aur bihari bas ja hi rahe hain, hum Bose babu aur sabko acche se le ayenge" som said and left with Bihari.
