The team arrived at the station early, rejuvenated and full of renewed hope.

"Well the unsub obviously stalks their victims before kidnapping them. The victimology is too specific for them not too." Emily spoke.

They were again, working on the case.

Rossi cleared his throat and the team all turned to look at him, causing a look of discomfort to appear on his face. "I think the unsub keeps the child alive until they want to dispose of them."

"So the unsub takes care of them, until they don't want the child anymore?" Amari asked.

Rossi nodded stiffly. "Or until the delusion of the child being a changeling sets in."

"Well, that makes sense. So if the unsub is caring for the child, then it's most likely a woman." Derek concluded.

"And this woman probably works in a field that would make her aware of this kind of folklore." Amari continued.

Derek nodded, "And while some people may know this kind of folklore, they don't know the meaning behind it. So we're looking for a woman,"

"Probably in her thirties." Amari said.

"Who works in a career which exposes her to kind of folklore." Derek finished.

Aaron snuck a glance at Rossi, who looked mildly impressed with the pair.

"Right, well there's a number of fields you can go into that deal with folklore. Sociology, anthropology, history and specific branches of history, art history, literature and a whole bunch of studies." Spencer listed.

"So the unsub is most likely a professor or teacher of some sort." JJ spoke and Spencer nodded. "I'll call Garcia and have her get a list of teachers and professors who fit the profile."

"Well, we have to present the profile as well." Aaron stood up. "Let's go."

After presenting the profile, the team got back to work and was just in time for Penelope's phone call.

"Okay my lovelies. I have a list of thirty six female professors and teachers that fit the profile. Want to try narrow that down for me?"

Derek nodded, "She wouldn't be married."

"Okay, it's getting shorter. Give me more." They heard Garcia clacking away on her keyboard.

Amari cleared her throat, "She's probably an only child. It allows her to carry out her crimes without guilt."

"That's better. Anything else?"

"She doesn't have a mother or a mother figure. Her house would have been full of domestic calls when she was younger. The girls she takes are substitutes for her younger self." Aaron finished.
