Eren walked inside the woods carrying an empty wooden bucket by the handle. The scouts were collecting some materials to spend the night in an abandoned farmhouse. They were maintaining a low profile while Erwin was in the capital for his wounds but to also understand the situation of having you with them.

Mikasa was being attended for her battle injuries, Armin would stay by her side while Eren.

Eren would occasionally visit for a while.

It wasn't a long walk to the river stream where he knelt down to refill the bucket with water.

He was lost in thought watching the water stream while filling the bucket. He's found himself wanting to be around you more often. So much so that when you were brought back with Historia, he wanted to be with you.

To attend to you if something was needed.

Even while Mikasa was in one room you were in another where he would go to be by your side.

Historia would become annoyed having him come by every 5 minutes so a plan was set.

There were three people keeping an eye on you. Those people were Historia, Captain Levi and himself. You came down with a sudden fever that night they brought you over Wall Rose it was so bad that your body would steam up the room.

They couldn't blame him for being worried but it was something they expected from him it even brought in the unwanted conflict between Eren and Jean.

Their arguments would be resolved by Levi who would make both boys hold hands while cleaning the horse's stalls. 

Their screaming would wake you up, Jeane claiming to Eren that he should be attending Mikasa. That if it were him he would be by her side every minute of the hour. It even brought you discomfort seeing how Mikasa sacrificed herself to save him, Eren should be humbled.

Due to the conflict, Levi was in charge of keeping a watchful eye on you as well as doing some basic house cleaning in your room.

It was to keep the peace so you would be able to rest.

Though you would wake up it was mostly to hold a silent conversation with Historia strengthening your bond with her like sisters.

She saw you like an older sister which brought you to accept that there was a great chance that perhaps you were the only one sent to this world or era. Historia wasn't a weak girl like you made her out to be; she was just hiding for a long time.

More worried that whatever she said or did would expose her real identity. It would anger her hearing how her mother was no different from her father and her father was no different from your mother.

Just as she was hiding to keep herself alive you were attempting to do the same, until the time comes.

Hange would enter to take note of the unusual body features you had and to understand that perhaps you were brought here by a time portal.

Another theory of hers was more of a gutting feeling that Ymir Fritz has the power to bring people from the future into the past.

Of course, you never told them about your time in the desert land where you were healed. It was something to be kept silent until you met someone you would be able to tell in order for an explanation.

Another theory she held is that there was a great chance that you were not a titan but instead you were Ymir /not Ymir's Fritz/ future bloodline.

This would mean Ymir was your ancestor and carrying that certain bloodline allowed you to be connected with her from her death to your death. That there was probably a specific time and day that connected your souls with each other.
