"Levi."

Levi only glanced at you for a second before looking away. Raising his sword he charged toward you. Blades reflected before clashing against Kenny's gun.

Levi grabbed you pulling you back before kicking Kenny against the wall. It was all so fast.

Turning to look back to you, he has suffered for you, just to have you back with him. To feel the warmth of your lips and the wild woods of your emerald eyes.

He knew the woman at the bar was you! He didn't have the opportunity to get you but right now, right now he has the opportunity to kill the man that stole you from the home Levi had made for you.

Having your body coiled against his was like a magnet. It was hard enough for him to focus on his mission of keeping Eren and Historia safe. But you were his call to the void. Even if he sacrificed all to have you he did not fear the future of what would be left.

All that mattered was that he would be with you.

It was such a different side that he never expected to see. To crave and desire for you was something so distracting. Through his missions he would only hope to see you again. But as his comrades die before his eyes all he can do is painfully accept the possibility that you were also dead. That you had left him to be alone in this world as so many others.

To keep his emotions hidden from his team so they wouldn't see him as incompetent. He was after all the leader who should keep a steady head during hard times. But Mikasa saw through his barrage. She was able to see how your absence in his life had thrown him into a darker state of failure.

The failure of not being able to keep those he cares for safe. It was the only time she was able to empathize with him. She has done everything in her power to keep Eren safe.
But even those they love are to disappear, they have to push forward.

Push through the hell of life just to keep the memories of those they cared for alive.
"You are with me." He assured you believing that Kenny had held you as a hostage. Perhaps even threatened you in some way. Whichever was the reason he didn't care. All he knew was that Kenny had stolen you.

Turning to face Kenny who was reclined against the wall, Levi raised his swords to kill his uncle.

To kill the man who had taken you away from him. Who had stolen his one enjoyment of a normal life. A life where he could enter a house and have you there smiling at him. The one thing in his life that he wasn't willing to give up.

A life where he craved to feel your warmth against him during the chilling nights.

"Stop it! He is not our enemy! His team never meant to harm your team! This was a plan to betray Historias father!"

You held his arm back and his cold shoulder made you feel as if he had purposely chosen to ignore your existence. To ignore that you were even there.

He just wanted to kill who he believed had taken you.

Rods Titan kept growing as the ceiling began to crack.

"That's bigger than the Colossal Titan isn't it?" Mikasa watched it's shoulders expand. "The ceiling!" Yous shouted as the boys managed to pull Eren back along with the others.

Pieces of the ceiling fell where Eren was just as they fell in different areas.

"You don't have to lie for his life. I find it hard to believe that his team was meant not to harm us. Not after how many we killed.

"She's right Levi! They saved us!" Levi glared at Historia seeing how she would not lie. All of this confused him. That means his team had killed Kenny's team who held no actual threat to them.

Kenny growled pushing himself up walking up to him.

"You can kick my ass later on brat. Right now we have bigger problems."

Levi turned his eyes to you showing that he was confused and hurt.

"Rod you fucked up this time!!" Kenny shielded you from the winds as he was prepared to leave with you.

"We have to leave now!"
"We can't! I won't leave them behind!"

Levi grabbed hold of Kenny's wrist raising his sword to his neck. "You are not to take her."

"It's not like that Levi!"
"Oh? Then tell me how it's supposed to be?" Since this could be the last time he's with you he would like to at least know what your reason was.
"Why are you defending him?"

"She's the Queen of the walls now dumbass! Her safety is priority!" Kenny grits his teeth.

"Queen??" Levi was shocked looking down at your expression of remorse.

Lowering his head he realized the garage truth of this. "This entire time you were gone."

His eyes shined into yours.

"If she's the Queen what's she doing here?" Mikasa asked annoyed. "Why is she with our enemy? Why is she here? If this was all a plan why didn't you tell us?

"Look, right now is not the time to connect the dots we have to get out of here! All of us!"

"Then right now would be a perfect time for you to transform!" Mikasa said as you stopped looking at your hand. "Even if I did I doubt I could even protect all of you."

Eren slid down crying. "I'm sorry, I've just been useless." As he spoke about being nothing more but a burden his eyes looked around.

"Jesus Christ Eren, weren't you the one telling me to be strong months ago?Well look into a mirror and take that advice! Fight Eren! Fight!"

Reaching into the bag Kenny had you grabbed a jar. "Quit your bitching and take this!" You hand shove the jar to him as he looks at it in his hands. "Armored."

As you rushed forward Kenny reached out to you and so did Levi.
"Damn it don't be so reckless!" They both shouted at the same time.

Eren rushed up right behind you biting down into the glass jar. Raising your arm up digging your silver nails into your palm scratching back long lines of blood.

Both of you transformed as he began to create a structure you reached out with one hand to grab Kenny and his squad.

With the force of impacting winds and blue bright lights glowed from behind you. This gave you such an unearthly feeling reminding everyone that you were not from here. You didn't belong here but yet you were here to take the risk in saving them.

People who you didn't know but took in to keep safe. The outsider that was unpredictable.

Your hand smashed to the ground leaving small cracks Levi starred up shielding himself from the winds. Glaring down to him he saw the new beast you were the creature that bring fear to those who didn't know you.

Reaching out you were gentle to lift him up to see him up close. Amber eyes that imprinted the reflection of him into his mind, just as it was now embedded into yours. Curling up into a ball with them beneath your body you hardened your back as a rock fell on top.

Eren roared forcing his hardening abilities to expand out to stop the rocks from crumbling down.

Erwin watched from afar with his team as the ground caved in and Rods Titan crawled out like a parasitic tick.
"That's bigger than the colossal titan! Do you think the Queen is still alive?"

Erwin didn't answer that question.
"Forward!"
They rode their horses down hill.
