Out of My League (Tzukook Fanfic)

"I can't eat well with all this people staring at us." Dahyun mutters as she glares at all the student watching them eat.

"Want to go somewhere else? I know a place we can eat in peace." Chaeyoung asks Tzuyu and Dahyun.

Tzuyu just nods while Dahyun replies "Yes please. All this staring is ruining my appetite."

Jungkook was waiting for Jimin so they could eat their lunch together when sudenly Sungho with four other boys approached him.

"Come and join us at the backyard. We are going to talk." Sungho says and walks towards the backyard.

Jungkook looks around for Jimin but he still isn't arriving then went on to follow the five boys.

The three girls arrived at the school's rooftop where no one was there and they could enjoy their lunch peacefully.

"Woah the air is so fresh here." Chaeyoung says as she runs towards railings.

"This looks good. Maybe we could eat our lunch here from now on since no once can bother us here." Dahyun remarks while looking around the whole area.

Tzuyu joins Chaeyoung at the railings to appreciate the view from above when she saw five boys cornering a boy at the backyard. She's even more surprised when she recognizes that it was Jungkook who was being cornered by Sungho and his friends. Tzuyu immediately runs downstairs, fearing for Jungkook's safety. But when she arrived at the scene, she sees Jungkook still standing while the other fuve boys are on the ground looking defeated.

"So strong."

"Wah we have been defeated by a kid."

"We're sorry we won't bother you anymore." All five of them then ran away in fear.

"Jungkook there you are! Woah did you just defeat all those guys? You really are strong Jungkook." Jimin says while running pass Tzuyu and towards Jungkook.

Jimin then notices Tzuyu standing near them watching the scene and tells her "Don't worry Tzuyu, those guys won't bother you anymore, Jungkook made sure of that. By the way I am Jimin Park and this is Jungkook Jeon from the class next to yours."

Jungkook could feel himself getting shy and flustered again being near the beautiful girl so he drags Jimin away from Tzuyu when a hand suddenly tugs at his uniform. He then looks at the hand and towards it's owner.

"Thank you and take care." Tzuyu tells him as she smiles at him and for the first time since they met, Jungkook is finally looking at her directly.

Ah she looks even more beautiful when she's smiling, Jungkook can't help but think.

Tzuyu didn't know what possessed her to run fast to check on Jungkook when she usually stays away from boys but something tells her that Jungkook is not like the other boys who would bully her. But as she witnesses yet again how he defended himself against the five boys, she realizes that she can feel safe around him. As she sees him about to leave with his friend, her hand suddenly tugs at his uniform to stop him from leaving. As her mind catches up on what her hand had done, she does something she never thought of doing again.

She smiles at Jungkook as she thanks him. And Jungkook finally looks at her directly.

He finally looked at me, Tzuyu smiles even more at that.

Tzuyu and Dahyun were walking towards the school entrance when they saw Sungho by the gates. Dahyun steels herself in case Sungho approaches them again but to her surprise Sungho, suddenly looks away and turns to walk further away from them.

"Hmmm it seems that he suddenly had a change of heart huh?" Dahyun mutters confusedly when she noticed Tzuyu was staring at another place.

Jimin and Jungkook runs towards the water fountain to refresh themselves. Tzuyu's eyes follows where Jungkook is going.

"Oh hi Tzuyu!" Jimin greets when he notices that Tzuyu is looking at them.

"Hi Dahyun and Tzuyu! Good Morning!" Chaeyoung greets the two as she catches uo to them.

"Good Morning Chaeyoung." Dahyun greets back as she looks at Chaeyoung advancing towards them.

Chaeyoung then stops and notices where her friends were looking at "Oh you're looking at Jimin and Jungkook."

"You know them Chaeyoung?"

"We went to the same middle school together so we know each other"

"Hello there Chaeng!" Jimin greets Chaeyoung when he notices her.

"Hi Jimin and Jungkook!" Chaeyoung greets back at the two boys much to the surpise of Dahyun and Tzuyu.

"Oi Jungkook you should greet back too!" Jimin tells Jungkook who still avoids looking at Tzuyu's direction.

Tzuyu is still looking at Jungkook wondering when he'll ever look at her again when suddenly Jungkook lifts his head and stares at her while saying "Hello."

Jungkook then drags Jimin and proceeds to run to their classroom all the while his ears turning red at what he did.

"It seems like Jungkook still hasn't changed, he's still too shy around girls." Chaeyoung remarks while staring at the two boys running away.

"Don't tell me he's the type who can't talk to girls?" Dahyun snickers at that.

"Also Chaeng?" Dahyun teases Chaeyoung

"That's what they used to call me in middle school." Chaeyoung defends herself while pouting.

The three then went on to walk towards their classroom. Dahyun can't help but notice that while she was having a conversation with Chaeyoung, Tzuyu's eyes had stayed glued towards Jungkook's direction.

I finished this last night and was supposed to publish this tonight but in celebration of Tzuyu being active again after more than a week of no updates from her, I'm posting this.
