Out of My League (Tzukook Fanfic)

The sweets shop is a bit crowded this weekend since Valentine's Day is just a few days away. Many teenage girls are busy buying chocolates and other ingredients to make sweets.

"Are you guys gonna buy chocolates or make one?" Chaeyoung asks scanning the assorted chocolates on the display.

Dahyun glances to Tzuyu who's at the cookbook section probably looking for chocolate recipes. "Well, I don't have anyone to give it to so I won't buy anything but maybe Tzuyu will make a homemade chocolate instead," she replies.

Chaeyoung gasps, "Who said that you only have to give chocolates to a lover? We can give each other chocolates also!"

Dahyun grimaces at Chaeyoung's sudden outburst. She quickly picks a chocolate she knows would be to her friend's liking and shows it to her, "Here. I'll buy a chocolate and I'll give it to you on Valentine's."

Tzuyu walks up to them, a chocolate cookbook in her hand. Chaeyoung turns her attention to the cookbook, "Oh, I know. Why don't we all try to do a homemade chocolate? Since Tzuyu is making one, we can help her Dahyun."

Dahyun sighs, she didn't want anything to do with Valentine's but seeing her two friends being excited about it makes her want to help them. That, and she loves chocolates so it will be kind of a consolation for her when she gets a free taste of their homemade chocolate.

"Fine, then we better get the ingredients now."

Chaeyoung grins and goes to pick up different ingredients on the shelves. Tzuyu smiles softly at her friend's actions. "So homemade chocolate huh? You really want to make it special?" Dahyun teases Tzuyu who blushes in turn.

"I just want it to be memorable..." Tzuyu mumbles. Dahyun giggles, "It's fine and besides I will be the taste tester right?"

After choosing the ingredients, the three went to the cashier pay up with their items. Chaeyoung turns to them and asks, "It's still pretty early. Why don't we try to make the homemade chocolate today?"

Tzuyu nods, it is indeed pretty early and they still have a lot of time before the sun goes down. They also didn't have much homework to do so it won't be bad to do their homework much later.

"But where will we do it?" Dahyun asks.

"You guys have never been to my house right? Let's do it on my house then," Chaeyoung suggests.

"Will it be okay? Won't we disturb anyone?"

"It should be fine, my parents are both at work so it will be just us."

Dahyun nods, "Well then let's go there."

After arriving at Chaeyoung's house. The three immediately went to the kitchen to prepare the ingredients and other stuff they will be needing.

"It should be pretty easy right? We just need to follow the instructions here," Chaeyoung points to cookbook.

Dahyun hums wearing her apron. "We could make two batches. Our first batch would be the trial for taste test and second batch will be our final product."

Tzuyu picks up the cookbook and chooses the simple homemade chocolate recipe. "This one should be easy."

After reading the recipe twice, the three went to work right away. They helped each other measure the ingredients. Dahyun wemt with milk chocolate flavor, Chaeyoung added strawberry flavoring on hers and Tzuyu picked mint chocolate.

After waiting for their chocolates to be cooked and cooled a little they tasted it. "Woah, amazing!" Chaeyoung exclaims tasting the chocolate she made.
