Tzuyu observed her surroundings. They are at a restaurant beside the amusement park. Most of the customers dining inside are families and it seems like they are the only ones who are couple dining.

The four of them were sitting in a booth at the corner of the restaurant and ever since sitting down, no words have been exchanged except for when they ordered their food. It was a bit awkward and uncomfortable for both Sana and Tzuyu.

Taehyung and Jungkook are seated in front of each other with Sana and Tzuyu beside them. Jungkook is avoiding looking at his front because he don't want to see Taehyung while Taehyung seems oblivious about the tense atmosphere surrounding them.

Tzuyu mutter a silent "Thank God," when the waiter arrives with their food. Sana also sighs in relief when she sees the food.

"Doesn't this look good?" Sana asks trying to make small talk.

Tzuyu notices Sana trying to lighten the mood so she goes along with it, "Yes. It does."

"Let me take a picture first before we eat this." Hearing this, Taehyung and Jungkook who was about to eat immediately stop reaching for the food.

They all stare at Sana was taking pictures of the food. After she took the pictures, it was only then they started eating. The atmosphere earlier had lightened up a bit but it was still quiet and a bit awkward.

All this tension made Sana curious. If they were really childhood friends then why does she feel like Jungkook is purposely ignoring Taehyung? If she weren't feeling awkward, she would have laughed at how Jungkook won't stare at Taehyung and would only look at Tzuyu or keep his head down.

Though Taehyung isn't helping on making things better also since he would act nonchalant as if there is nothing wrong. For the first time since she suggested this going to lunch together, Sana feels like she shouldn't have said that if it's going to be this awkward.

Tzuyu observes Jungkook as she eats her food. He had been quiet the whole time. He would sometimes look at her and hold her hand instead of speaking. It seems that Jungkook still thinks that Taehyung will come and steal her away. It would take a lot of convincing for Jungkook to accept that Taehyung won't get in their way anymore. Tzuyu hopes that maybe this lunch will help mend the friendship of the two boys but it seems to be a lost cause.

Just as her eyes wander, Tzuyu catches Sana looking at her. One look and Tzuyu knows that Sana can't stand the awkwardness anymore.

"Does that taste good, Tzuyu?" Since they ordered different food, it seems like Sana is genuinely asking her if it taste good but in reality Sana is just asking to fill in the silence.

Tzuyu catches Sana's hint and says, "Ah yes, it tastes good." To which Sana replies with, "Can I try it?"

Tzuyu nods giving Sana permission to try her food. The two boys who were off in their own world looked at the two girls sharing food between them.

Taehyung then unexpectedly gives some of his food on Sana's plate. "Here you can also try this one."

They all look at him wide eyed at his sudden action. Sana's heart beats fast when he did that. "Thank you," she says somewhat a bit puzzled.

"Do you also want some Tzuyu?" Taehyung asks ready to give some of his food to her.

Tzuyu shakes her head, "No, thanks."

Jungkook feeling a bit jealous that Taehyung has the nerve to do that speaks up for the first time, "Aren't you also going to give me some of that?"

Tzuyu stares at Jungkook incredulously. She knows he's feeling petty that Taehyung offered her some food but still to think that he will act like this is suprising.

"Jungkook!" Tzuyu whispers at him.

Jungkook looks at her and shrugs. So what if he is being petty? He just don't want to give Taehyung any more opportunities to get closer to Tzuyu.

Sana could only watched a bit confused on why Jungkook seems to have snapped when Taehyung offered Tzuyu some food. She thinks it's only out of kindness that Taehyung did it as to not probably make it awkward that he offered food to her only. Somehow she surmises that the relationship between the three of them is a bit complicated.

Taehyung raises his eyebrow at Jungkook, "Well, here you go." He proceeds to give Jungkook some of his food.

He knows that Jungkook must be feeling upset with him. But everything he did is truly out of kindness and no hidden motives at all. He had agreed to Sana's idea to show Jungkook that he wants their friendship to be fixed. Jungkook can be stubborn but Taehyung didn't think he would be this stubborn.

After a somewhat tense meal, while waiting for their bill to processed Tzuyu stands up to go to the bathroom. "I'll just go to the restroom"

"Wait, I'll also go there," Sana says when she realized that she will be left alone with Taehyung amd Jungkook. She didn't want to suffocate from the tense atmosphere between the two boys.

After the girls leave, Taehyung takes his time to observe Jungkook. He really is acting a bit childish with the way he ignores him.

"For how long are you gonna ignore me? Shouldn't you be thanking me for paying lunch?" Taehyung asks him quite frankly.

Jungkook spares him a glance and mumbles, "Thank you."

Taehyung sighs heavily, "I know what I did before is wrong but can't we become friends again?" Taehyung is a bit prideful but this time he is willing to lower his pride to save his friendship with Jungkook.

Jungkook laughs dryly, "Last time we were friends, you developed feelings for my girlfriend. What is going to happen now if we become friends again?" Jungkook can't help but be wary of him. Afterall Taehyung had unknowingly fallen for Tzuyu.

"What if I tell you that I'm over her already?"

Jungkook purses his lips, "What if you're just lying?"

Taehyung closes his eyes for a bit. Jungkook is really too stubborn for him. "It's been months since then, and I can tell honestly tell you I no longer have feelings for her. Before seeing the two of you together makes my heart hurt but now my heart feels fine. Isn't that a sign that I have moved on?"

Jungkook could feel his walls crumble down. Taehyung really looks sincere and it seems like he is honestly telling the truth.

"We can try and be friends again but it won't be like it was before," Jungkook finally says after mulling it over for a while.

Taehyung sighs in relief, "That's fine with me."

The two girls return to their table. When they returned they were a bit shocked since Jungkook and Taehyung are now talking and laughing a bit.

Tzuyu looks at Jungkook questioningly. Jungkook tells her, "It's all fine now." She sighs in relief. Truthfully she was feeling a bit guilty thinking that she was the cause on why Taehyung and Jungkook were tense around each other. She's so glad that everything is okay now.

Sana feels her head would explode at the happenings today. Before going to the restroom, the two boys feels like enemies and now they look like old friends who were catching up with one another. She really can't understand them but she's happy that atleast the mood is now light.

They were about to go in their separate ways when Taehyung suddenly told Jungkook, "If you want we can spar from time to time. You can try and beat me in a match."

"Then you better be prepared to lose," Jungkook says confidently.
