Headphones in and shutting the world out. I run through the woods as the fresh and cold rain pours down my face along with the sweat.

I run past some stairs and stop as I look down them. I take my headphones off and look around before heading down the stairs.

"Hello?" I open the door at the bottom of the stairs and pop my head in. I look up the stairs and shrug before heading inside the door.

"Hello?" I look around at the abonded underground cave and look at the claw marks on the floor "what the hell?!" I hear a bang and it makes me jump "nope!" I laugh nervously before running back out and close the door behind me.

As I get back home I see my dad's car in the driveway. I run inside and smile "dad?!" My dad runs downstairs carrying a suitcase "hey sweetheart." He kisses my forehead and I shrug "going somewhere?" He nods firmly and hands me his credit card "they have a new lead on the case I have been working on so I'm going away but will only be for 4 nights." I smile softly and hug him "be safe." He hugs me tightly and kisses my head "always am."

He picks up his case and bag before heading towards the front door "Elizabeth said she will check on you or you can call her for whatever." I roll my eyes and walk towards the front door "I will be fine dad!" He smirks and waves "well she is only down the street if you need her." He walks towards his car and I wave as he drives down the road.

I head back inside and close the door "this weekend just got exciting." I dial a number on my phone and run upstairs "clear your plans for tomorrow night. My dad is away so we can have a party in mine but for now get ready and meet me at the grill in an hour." I hang up and head into the bathroom.

An hour later I walk into the grill and look around. I spot Tyler standing by the pool table so I walk towards him. He waves at me and smiles "so party at your house tomorrow?" I nod agreeing and grab a que "so you best be there." He rolls his eyes and smirks "like I would miss one of Mia McCall's famous parties. I can't stay all night though, my uncle Mason is over and we are doing something."

Tyler smirks as he nods in the direction behind me and before I could turn around I feel someone wrap their arms around me. I smirk and turn around "hey Jeremy." I kiss him and Tyler rolls his eyes "I will get the drinks in and leave you two alone for a minute."

Jeremy grabs the other pool que and shrugs "so Raf is away for a few nights?" I smirk and shake my head "he would kill you if he heard you call him that." I hit the white ball and look at him "your turn."
