Teen Diaries

Thirty.

After a few days of spending every second with Kol he leaves and goes back home so I head to the local library. I laugh nervously as I walk towards the Liberian "can I help you?" I laugh nervously and look around "do you have any books on witch spells and chants?" She nods firmly and points down the library "at the back." I nod firmly and smile "thank you." I walk away and head towards the back of the library. I grab some books and sit down at a table right at the back of the library "this will do." I sit down and stick my headphones in before beginning to read the books.

After an hour of reading through the books I feel someone touch my shoulders. I turn around and see Jeremy "can I sit?" I nod agreeing and take my headphones off "yeah." He sits down and takes a deep breath "I'm so sorry about last night." I shake my head and look towards the floor "its fine." He shakes his head and leans back "no it wasn't, I was out of line and I'm sorry." I smile softly and hold my hand out "I'm sorry too."

He holds my hand and I smile softly "I hurt you and I never wanted too." He laughs nervously and shrugs "I just hope Kol knows how lucky he is and that he doesn't screw it up like I did because I can see how much you like him."

He looks at the books and shrugs "so what you reading?" I show him the book and smirk "after I found out I am half witch I just thought I would try get in touch with my powers?" He shrugs and looks at the book "why didn't you just call Bonnie?" I smirk and shrug "I don't know, should I?" He stands up and nods agreeing "she would help and will be 100% more helpful than these books."

Later that night I knock on Bonnie's room door "hello?" The door opens and Bonnie smiles at me "hey." I walk in and close the door behind me "Jeremy said I should ask you about spells?" She nods agreeing and sits down "do you even know if you have any magic in you?" I shrug and sit down "only one way for me to find out." He grabs a pillow and smirks "let's find out then."

Bonnie places both hands above the feathers from inside and pillow and smirks. After a few seconds the feathers start floating "wow!" I look at them and shake my head "that is cool." She stops and the feathers fall "your turn." I take a deep breath and nod "ok." I place my hands above the feathers and she nods firmly "now just imagine the are floating and if you are a witch they shall just float." She shrugs and smiles "it's the easiest starting point." I close the eyes and imagine the feathers floating.

After a few seconds I open my eyes and see nothing has happened. She shrugs and looks towards her candle "try light this candle?" I look at it and Bonnie nods firmly "now just say the word incendia." I raise my eyebrow and she nods firmly "ok?" I look at the candle and take a deep breath "incendia."
