The End Of The World- Part 4
"Earth Death in two minutes. Earth Death in two minutes. Heat levels critical."
The Historian slumped down the door and sighed. "I'm sorry." She sighed.
"Historian?"
"That we dragged you out here. I never should've convinced him to bring you out here..."
"Why not?" She asked.
"Because now you'll probably die." She sighed. "Look Rose youre stuck with the biggest coward of my people. If I couldnt save..." she sighed and stood up. "I couldn't save Henry. How can I save someone else?"
"Its not just up to you." Rose sighed back. "Theres me, theres the Doctor... he said you were married."
"Were." She replied. "A long time ago though, we never strictly divorced, but I did think he was dead for a long time... he thought I was, too. I dont think we're exactly the best example of a happily married couple, Rose."
She sighed. "Two minutes and my whole planet dies. I know you said it's natural, but it's still sad."
"Never said it wasnt." She sighed to her.
"Historian... historian!"
"What? What? What's happening?" She called.
"The glass is cracking! Its breaking!"
"No, no no no." She mumbled. "I'm going to get this door open, Rose! Get to the door! Get to the door now!"
"Historian!" Rose screamed as she ran towards the door.
The stuck her sonic into the panel. "Come on damn thing work!" She yelled as she kicked the door. "Open!"
"Exoglass repair. Exoglass repair. Exoglass repair." The Historian looked up and closed her eyes, breathing out.."Doctor I swear..." She smiled slightly as she hugged her sonic back in, opening the doors.
Rose flopped through the doors and into the Historians arms. "You stopped it. You stopped it." Rose breathed. "Thanks..."
The Historian pushed Rose back a bit and nodded at her. "The doctor..."
"Oh." Rose sighed. "You got the door open-"
"Oh dont even try." The Historian sighed. "Come on, best check everyone.else is still alive."

The Moxx of Balhoon had been got by the suns rays', and the Doctor appeared to return without Jabe.
She walked over and out her hands in her pockets. "Sorry about Jabe." She sighed. "I'm assuming she... like the Moxx?"
The Doctor nodded, but then said "Not that it matters to you. You didnt even like her-"
"Doesnt mean she deserved any of it thought does it?" She sighed. He rode an eyebrow at her and turned around to speak to Rose... when she noticed someone else was missing.
"Doctor." The Historian called. "Where's Cassandra?"
"Gone." He muttered.
"Gone?"
"Teleported."
The Historians face grew into a massive smile. "I have an idea!" She grinned. "Doctor, Rose! Idea number one, teleportation through five thousand degrees? It needs some kind of feed. Idea number two, this feed must be hidden nearby."
She ran towards the ostrich egg that Cassandra brought onto the ship and threw it on the ground, smashing it open, revealing a small, metal transmitter. "Idea number three, if you're as clever as me, then a teleportation feed can be reversed."
She took her sonic out and pointed it at the egg. Seconds later, Cassadra was beamed back on board the station. "Oh..." she muttered.
The Doctor stepped forwards and stared at the skin piece on the metal bars. " The last human."
"So, you passed my little test. Bravo. This makes you eligible to join, er, the Human Club."
Thr Historian stepped forwards. "People have died, Cassandra. You murdered them."
"It depends on your definition of people, and that's enough of a technicality to keep your lawyers dizzy for centuries. Take me to court, then, Historian, and watch me smile and cry and flutter"
"And creak?" She smiled
"And what?"
" Creak. You're creaking." The Doctor told her.
"What? Ah! I'm drying out! Oh, sweet heavens. Moisturise me, moisturise me! Where are my surgeons? My lovely boys! It's too hot!"
"You raised the temperature, Cassandra." She Historian shrugged.
" Have pity! Moisturise me! Oh, oh, Historian. I'm sorry. I'll do anything."
Rose looked at the Historian. " Help her."
"Everything has its time and everything dies."
" I'm too young!" Then, she exploded. Cassandra's skin was sent across the walls...

"The end of the Earth. It's gone." Rose sighed as they looked out of the window, asteroids floating passed. "We were too busy saving ourselves. No one saw it go. All those years, all that history, and no one was even looking. It's just"
The Doctor sighed at her. "Come with me."
Once Rose was in the TARDIS, the Doctor came back out and saw the historian still staring at the Earth. "Was I too hard on Cassandra? She asked as she looked out of the window.
"You were right." He said. "Everything dies eventually. Cassandra lived long enough."
"You think?" She sighed.
He nodded at her and turned her to the TARDIS. "Come on, time to go."

" You think it'll last forever, people and cars and concrete, but it won't." the doctor sighed as Rose, The Historian and him stood in the middle of a busy london road. "One day it's all gone. Even the sky. Our planet's gone. It's dead. It burned like the Earth. It's just rocks and dust before its time."
"What happened?"
The Historian slid her hands in her pockets. "There was a war and we lost."
" A war with who? What about your people?"
The Doctor turned to her. "We are time lords. We are the last of the time lords. They're all gone. We're the only survivors. We're left travelling on our own 'cos there's no one else."
Rose smiled at them. "There's me."
" You've seen how dangerous it is. Do you want to go home?"
" I don't know. I want... Oh, can you smell chips?"
The doctor sniffed. "Yeah. Yeah."
"I want chips."
"Me too." The Historian grinned.
Rose grinned at them. "Right then, before you get me back in that box, chips it is, and you can pay."
"No money." The Doctor grinned.
Rose looked to the Historian and she shook her head. "Nope, sorry."
Rose laughed and linked an arm between the Historian and the Doctor's arms. "What sort of date are you two? Come on then, tightwad, chips are on me. We've only got five billion years till the shops close."
