Later I flew us back up to the window and walked her to her dorm.

"Thank you for everything," She said turning to me from facing the door.

"Thank you for making me feel like I wasn't missing something," I say.

She smiles and Hugs me then to my surprise she kisses me on the cheek I know I blushed so hard.

"Goodnight," She says, smiling before walking into the room.

"Night," I say, still blushing. She gives me one last smile before shutting the door.

I walked back to my dorm, not being able to stop thinking about y/n, but I also couldn't stop thinking about the bet and how I'm going to convince Fred and George to call it off. I can't do it tonight; I have to think about how I'm going to do this.

3 Months Later.

Okay, so I haven't talked to the boys yet, but I'm gonna do it. I just have been so occupied with Y/N, and Fred and George haven't been around much to interfere, which is really weird. Y/N and I have been doing really well, and she has warmed up to me a lot. She always hugs me and kisses my cheek, which doesn't fail to give me butterflies. I kiss her forehead quite often, so our relationship has slowly progressed in these past few months.

I'm sitting on the couch in the commons when Fred and George come and sit next to me.

"Hey there Wood how are things between you and y/n?" George says.

"Great, thanks...What have you two been doing? You both have hardly been around and act just the same around her. Aren't you afraid I'm gonna win?" I say to the boys. They both smile and laugh.

"We have been doing more than you think with y/n," Fred says.

"Yes, we, too, have made a lot of progress with her," George adds.

"But just you wait, Wood. Just when you think you've won her over, she's going to reject you harder than you can imagine," Fred says with a smirk, his eyes glinting in the flickering firelight.

"Guys, don't you think this whole bet is a little foolish and unfair?" I reply, my gaze drifting to the crackling flames, lost in thought. The warm glow contrasts with the uncertainty swirling in my mind.

"All it is is a little fun," Fred says

"Yeah, wood nothing wrong with a little fun," George adds

"Besides, why do you even care about y/n? You never even glanced at her or thought about her before we mentioned the bet to you," George adds again.

"What?" I hear a quiet voice I turn my head quickly to see y/n standing near the stairs she looks as if someone just had died except in this case I think it was her. My jaw fell open in disbelief, and a wave of sadness washed over my face, mingling with guilt. I sprang to my feet, my heart racing, desperate to find the right words to explain myself.

"Y/-"

"So, I was just a sick joke to you?" She looked at him, her voice trembling with hurt and disbelief. "That's the only reason you even bothered to talk to me, isn't it?" The weight of her words hung in the air, heavy with betrayal. "I can't believe I was so naive, so foolish to trust another boy... I really thought you liked me!" Her voice cracked as she spoke, and I could see the glimmer of tears brimming in her eyes, desperately trying to hold them back as her emotions threatened to spill over.
