Okay, this is a long one, but I wanted to finish it in this part. Hope you enjoyed and feel free to request anything you would like to read <3

As they shared this vulnerable moment, surrounded by the soft rustling of leaves and the calming whispers of the lake, Y/N felt the warmth of his care envelop her like a soothing embrace. It was a step toward healing, both for her and for the memories they carried.

Y/n POV: I'm beginning to feel like myself again. Being with Oliver has been truly healing, and I couldn't be more grateful for his unwavering presence and loyalty, even during the darkest moments before my sister's passing. This past month has felt like a breath of fresh air; for the first time in a long time, I'm able to experience emotions beyond just pain. I've returned to my old hobbies, rediscovering the joy they once brought me, and I've even started reaching out to some of my old friends. It feels wonderful to reconnect and embrace life again.

I've been doing a lot of thinking lately, and I've decided I want to give Quidditch another shot. It's been far too long, and I believe that adrenaline rush will bring back that exhilarating feeling of being truly alive. I'm eager to reconnect with the joy and passion that I once felt on the pitch.

Oliver's POV:

I was lounging in the courtyard, perched on an old wooden bench, the sun casting dappled patterns across my lap. I found myself engrossed in a nearby Quidditch practice, where players darted through the air like vibrant blurs, but my mind kept drifting elsewhere—specifically to Y/N. It was hard not to admire her; she was emerging from the shell she'd been in, radiating a warmth that had been missing for far too long. I could see the healing taking place, an unmistakable glow returning to her cheeks, and I couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness for her.

Just as I was lost in my thoughts, a familiar voice broke through the haze.

"Hey, Oliver!" Y/N's cheerful tone pulled my attention away from the game, and I turned to see her settling onto the bench beside me. At that moment, any remnants of distraction evaporated. She looked vibrant, her expression brimming with joy, and as my eyes roamed her face, I instinctively smiled.

"Y/N, how are you doing?" I asked, my curiosity piqued. As I scrutinized her, I quickly realized she had put extra effort into her appearance today. She was truly stunning—more so than usual, and that was saying something. It wasn't just the glow of confidence; it was the little details that caught my eye. Her hair, usually tied back in a hasty ponytail, now cascaded down her shoulders in perfect, shimmering waves. And her outfit—a carefully chosen ensemble that complimented her figure—was the kind of cute that made me notice more than I probably should have.

Was that a fresh coat of nail polish I spotted? I nearly blinked in disbelief. Y/N wouldn't have gone through all this trouble for me, right? But then, a nagging thought crept in: Would I care if she did? The idea made my heart race. Surely, she was just doing this for herself; yet, a part of me couldn't help but hope it was for me too.

"You're looking great today," I said, illuminating my words with a sincere smile, trying to mask the storm of thoughts brewing in my mind. "What's put you in such a good mood?"

Her laughter danced in the air, bright and infectious, and I felt myself drawn even closer to her, swept up in the light she brought with her. Whatever it was that had stirred her spirit, I was genuinely grateful to witness her transformation.

"Well, I guess I should give you the credit for my good mood," Y/N said, her eyes sparkling with sincerity. "You've been healing me more than you realize. Thank you again for all that you do, especially just by being yourself."
