A sequel to my book 'I Love Plants' (spoilers)
ON HOLD
"Albus and Scorpius failed. Jude, you can save your father. You wouldn't give up an opportunity like that would you?" Delphi said in a sultry voice.
Jude Hellenberg lost his father to the war bu...

"Albus this is all wrong, Hippogriff feather doesn't go in that potion." I explain as I look over the first year boys' parchment.
"I thought us Slytherins were supposed to be naturally good in potions?" Scorpius chuckles.
"Can we have a break for today, you are working us too hard!" Albus complains.
I roll my eyes then take in the sight of the two first years sitting in front of me. The library is fairly busy this Saturday but people are starting to call it a day, I guess it only makes sense that we should too.
I slam the potions book shut with a huff.
"Fine, but I promised your parents I wouldn't let you slack off so don't make me look too terrible." I sigh.
The two young boys lay their heads on the table in relief but Albus pokes at Scorps robes and they argue quietly.
"You ask."
"No you, you are closer with him."
"Exactly, he will feel more inclined to say yes to you"
"If you two wanna ask me something just ask, and if you don't want me to hear a conversation, maybe don't have it so loudly." I laugh as I collect some books into my bag.
The two boys look between each other and me with rosy cheeks.
"Fine! Jude, we were wondering if..." Albus starts.
"You would teach us how to be really good at quidditch!?!" Scorpius spits out quickly.
I look at the boys in surprise. Becoming captain became too much for me so I had handed off the title to Cole back in year four. The team didn't stop asking me to come back but I decided quidditch wasn't for me. Now the two first years were asking me to teach them on top of making sure their studies go well? I wasn't sure I could handle it. The two boys go on and on about how amazing of a quidditch star I am and how everyone worships me.
Just as I was about to say no I look up to see Delphi listening in while searching the library books near our table. Her lips curl into a smile hearing Albus brag about my skills. She turns to look at me and raises an eyebrow.
"Of course I'll teach you two my skills. I can't put them to waste right?" I finally blurt out.
"YES!! You won't regret this Jude, we're gonna be the best players on the Slytherin team come next year!!" Scorpius cheers while him and Albus rush out of the library.
"Color me impressed, I didn't take a super intelligent guy like you to be also so great at Quidditch." Delphi coos as she takes a seat next to me.
"Ah well, guess there is more than meets the eye huh?" I say nervously.
"Couldn't agree more Jude Hellenberg." She replies with a small smile.
