The hallway was filled with distinct murmurs beforehand. The pink-haired wipes the remaining tears and did her best to calm herself as well.

"They bully you because you confess to Sasuke-san?"

"Yes."

"You shouldn't let them control you." She exclaimed while walking ahead of the woman.

"I know."

Hinata sighs a relief, finally approaching the homeroom.

Murmurs―

The pink-haired stared at her refined back. Her shy feature has disappeared. She tightened her fist as she eyed the indigo-haired, frosty.

Those eyes...those green eyes of hers seem unreserved. It shifts too fast!

Curious about the sudden silence between them, Hinata looks back asking, "Sakura-chan? You alright?"

Sakura blink twice trying to think fast. She forces a beam as she reaches for Hinata's hand and squeezes them gently. As they entered the room, she giggles making it look like they were friends or something.

"Alright, class dismiss!"

"Yehey!"

Murmurs―

"Naruto-kun..."

The blonde ignored her, again. Tch. She's getting annoying!

"I wanna visit your mom and da―"

"Look, you don't need to tell me everything you'll do."

A distinct silence.

She was saddened by his actions. Why is he so cold? Just, why?

"I-I see..." She looks away, ashamed. She fixes her bag and tightened the grip on it. "Can we at least go there together?" She asks and she's hoping for something positive.

"As you wish."

And just like that, she's alive once more. Just like that, a sudden hope blooms within her soul. The man eyed her unconsciously. What the hell! Why does his heart pounds rapidly? Wait a minute, this seems suspicious.

Is he...

No! It's a big no!

"Let's go." She said cutting his weird realizations.

Distressed, he drops his head trying to hide his face through those bangs. Sh** is real. How is it even possible?

This so-called 'love' will hurt him, eventually. This sh** makes everyone go crazy and he doesn't like that. Such lame feelings were the reason why his parents left him so easily. Because of love, people sacrifice, people commit mistakes and then people change. It's scary!

He knew they have to leave to give him a better future. But it's just different growing up without the love a parent should show physically. Perhaps, that's how cruel the world is.

Later on, he flinches when Hinata's hand touches his. Holy cow! This woman is strange! Ugh! It's annoying!

Badump

Badump

Badump

It's his heart beating so fast―because of her!

"Naruto..."

Her voice is ugh! Maybe he's crazy.

"What do you think of this?" She asks out of the blue.

Damn!

"I'm not sure either." He can't concentrate anymore! What's more annoying? Perhaps the fact he's tightening the grip against her hand planning to never let her go.

Distinct noises―

Just like that, they head their way going to the subway. Is this right or wrong? Maybe right since they're engaged. Maybe wrong because he isn't yet sure of his feelings for her. It's complicated to decipher. Perhaps, the moment is a rush. They continued walking while holding hands as the crowd occupied their trace. How romantic, or maybe not...

Sasuke put on his earphones and then played a song to ignore the noises of reality. He grips the rail firm since the train is quite populated.

Small Noises―

He was stunned when he shifted his vision to the right side. He saw Sakura staring at him. Tch. That woman is something else! Now, he's annoyed. Very annoyed.

"Sasuke-kun."

He ignored her of course. How many times does he need to reject her though? Were the painful words earlier not enough?

As he looks at the window glass, he saw Hinata and Naruto's rear reflection. That woman is somehow strange. But who is he fooling? He knew her since then.

Yes, she, him, and Naruto were childhood friends but now, it's just different. They're not kids anymore. Thinking too much, he failed to notice Sakura's presence, closer to him than ever. "What are you doing?" He asks, confused.

"About earlier..."

The train finally halts at the first station. He was distracted when Naruto and the Indigo-haired went off. His eyes fixed on them for a while.

The woman traces Sasuke's vision and was furious to see he's looking at that woman, again. "Sasuke-kun..." She called his name in the hope to gets his attention back.

The door closes and that's when the raven stares at her as well. "Sakura, I will appreciate you more if you'll leave me alone. Thank you." By that, he walks away finding another place to occupy.

What the hell! This is the second time he has ignored her. She tightened her jaw, angry. Isn't it obvious Sasuke doesn't like her? Why does she keep coming back?

Why? Because if a woman fell in love, her feelings never change―never. That's why she's pursuing this. She looks back to where Hinata and that blond take off earlier even though they look like a dot now, she clenches her fist, more irritated than ever. The way Sasuke looks at that indigo-haired is humiliating! And the fact that blonde is as well is into that woman, it's degrading!

Why her? Why it's always Hinata?
