"God, why is he always staring at her??" Jihyo states in frustration as Y/N sighs.
She has been upset about his behaviour the entire morning. He was constantly staring at this new girl and it has been upsetting her. Y/N knows she can be very insecure and tries to comfort her, even though she had to listen to her complaining for hours already.
"I mean, what is so special about her, she isn't that pretty right?" Jihyo asks Y/N who seems to be distracted for a moment.
"Right??" Jihyo asks her as she hits her shoulder, making Y/N groan.
"Dude, don't hit the one who did nothing wrong" Y/N states as Jihyo groans.
"Sorry, I shouldn't direct my anger at you" Jihyo says as she lowers her head, causing Y/N to soften her gaze for a moment.
"Look, there is nothing to be worried about okay? Taehyung loves you" Y/N states as Jihyo gives her a little smile.
"I mean, have you seen the way he is with you, how he looks at you, what he is willing to do for you?" Y/N asks the girl who has a soft smile on her face.
"He loves you Jihyo, and some stupid new girl isn't going to ruin that for you" Y/N says as she holds Jihyo's hand for a moment, causing Jihyo to hold Y/N's hand up and give it a kiss.
"You are the best friend ever" She says as Y/N smiles, knowing fine well she is.
They continue eating and having some small talk. Lunch is starting soon and they wanted to spend some time together before the masses of students would arrive. Suddenly, Jihyo chuckles a little.
"What?" Y/N asks the girl.
"You know, I just thought of something" Jihyo states as Y/N frowns.
"The other day, I overheard a conversation between Taehyung's friends" Jihyo states as Y/N leans forward a little.
"They said that Taehyung actually liked you first instead of me" Jihyo said as Y/N widens her eyes.
"Wait what?" Y/N says but Jihyo giggles.
"I mean, they said how crazy he was for you and that he wanted to ask you out" Jihyo stated as Y/N squints her eyes.
"But then, he saw you making out with another guy, immediately losing interest" Jihyo said as Y/N frowns.
"Isn't that crazy?" Jihyo asks Y/N as the bell rings and students start to arrive in the cafeteria.
Taehyung approaches the table the girls are seated at and walks over to Jihyo, his friends following him steadily. Jihyo looks up as Taehyung kisses her head, giving her a soft smile with loving eyes.
