After school ends, Changbin comes over to me and smiles.

Changbin: We're going to see your father, yeah?

Felix: Y-yeah... but Yonghee...

Changbin: I told her I had plans with you. She'll be fine.

Felix: But I don't have a car for you to ride in.

Changbin: It's okay, I could use some fresh air every now and then.

He puts on a black mask and hands me a pink one.

Changbin: Put this on, that way, no one will recognize us.

I take the mask and put it on.

We walk out of the school building, relieved that no one stopped to ask why we were wearing masks.

After we're a few blocks away, Changbin gently intertwines his fingers with mine.

Felix: Binnie, you can't-

Changbin: Shhh, no one will recognize us with our masks on.

I mutter a small "oh" before glancing at Changbin.

Everything about him is just so perfect-

Changbin: Look ahead, you might bump into someone.

I see him smirk before I quickly turn my head away.

The rest of the walk there, I don't talk or look at him, wanting to save myself from doing something embarrassing again.

I stop in front of the hospital.

Changbin: Lix, why are we here?

Felix: Come with me.

I lead him inside to my dad's room.

I look in and make sure he's awake before stepping in.

Felix: Dad, I have someone I want you to meet.

I step aside and let Changbin walk in.

He looks surprised, but he covers it up with a smile and bows to my dad.

Felix: Dad, this is Changbin... He's my boyfriend.

My dad smiles and looks at Changbin.

Dad: Hello, young man.

Changbin: Hello sir, a pleasure to meet you.

Dad: Oh, you don't need to be so formal with me. You're my son's boyfriend, just think of me as a friend. Come sit here.

He pats the chair next to his bed and Changbin walks over and sits on it.

Dad: So, what made you fall for my son?

Changbin: Actually, the first time I saw him he was...

Changbin and my dad got along really well, I'm really happy about that.

If someone were to walk in right now, they'd probably think Changbin is my dad's son, not me.

I check the time and my eyes widen.

Felix: Binnie, it's almost time for my part-time job.

Changbin: Lix, do you have to go? I'll just pay the bill for you, I'm your boyfriend now, right?

Felix: No way, I'm not gonna use you like that. Besides, I want to earn the money myself.

Changbin: Alright, I'll call my driver to drop you there. It's cold and dark outside, you shouldn't walk there by yourself.

Felix: Okay...

Dad: Take good care of my son, alright?

Changbin: Of course, sir.

We say goodbye to my dad and leave the hospital.

Outside, I huge, expensive-looking car is waiting.

I start walking another way since the car is blocking our path, but Changbin pulls me back.

Changbin: Where are you going?

Felix: The car is blocking the way to my job...

He chuckles and ruffles my hair.

Changbin: Silly, this is my car.

What the fuck? He's rich!
