LEVIN:  Look, I've thought things over, I really have, it's been burning a whole through my brain for days and days and I finally made a decision...I can't do it.  I just can't.

Before you get all up in arms over it and start coming at me and all that, just listen to what I'm saying first, cause it's important.

It's not that I don't want to do the job with you, cause I do...I think it's a great concept and makes a ton of sense but something keeps pulling me back from it and I realized it's me, it's not a good fit for me.

I can't get involved with you on it...I have to feel a buzz and with the pitch you gave me, I'm not buzzing.

Last job I did just for the money, I went straight to the pen and it wasn't cause I'm stupid, it was cause I wasn't excited.

What you told me doesn't get me excited enough to take the risk....I know you got every nook and cranny down solid but the problem is my gut, it's telling me something's off...

On the flip side, I've been eyeballing a different thing and it's got me real hot. The fact that I'm turning your idea down has made me rethink this other thing and I've decided to do this other thing but I want to invite you in...it needs three of us, I already got the other person, there's me and I want you involved cause I need speed.

We go up to Castle Creek, there's an old timer that works up there at the Chateau...he's been part of the kitchen staff for like a hundred years and he's the key to the diamonds.

This guy is on his last leg, alright?  Wants his granddaughter taken care of, she's all he has and he wants an even split so when he's gone he has something to leave behind.

Anyway, it's a pretty little story...the rest is all us.  You know how we roll and everything's a go.  Doing this on Saturday...this Saturday...I need to know right this second...you in or you out?
