The day was a bit foggy, the trees swaying as the breeze pushed through the leaf's and branches, Serina walking down the sidewalk to the house Axle sent through text. The further she went she felt cold, and her bars started dying. As she made it up the road, a large house was in view, and of course she stopped and furrowed her brows, going to Axles number to give him a call. After two rings, the phone was picked up to hear a fragile sweet female voice.

' Marcus residence, can I ask who's calling? '

Serina pulled the phone away for a second then cleared her throat.

" Serina, who's this? "

' Just a humble maid m'lady, who are you calling for? '

"Axle?"

There was a pause then a familiar voice on the phone with a chuckle.
' Hello? '

"Hey, what the fuck did you send me? This house is abandoned-"

' Ah, yeah. I'll be out in a second. I, kind of need to tell you a thing or two- '

"I-"
She then was hung up on, Axle then walking out of the abandoned building in a scraggly hawaiian T-shirt.

' Hey there beautiful- '

"What, the fuck-"
Serina walked up to him quickly and had her brows furrowed.

' Okay okay- '
Axle huffed and wrapped a hand around her waist.
' It's basically a joke, don't worry. It looks like shit outside but looks a whole lot better inside, it's so people don't come snooping. That's why we have dogs- '

"I don't see the dogs- I don't see any dogs..."
Serina looked curious as they got closer to the house.

' Lilly keeps them in the back, she only opens the cage when we see someone we don't know. But I told her you were coming by- '
He opened the door for her, and he was right. The inside was marble all over the house, everything squeaky clean on the inside, and a piano being heard echoing through the house.

Serina furrowed her brows even more
" Lilly? Is she like- "

' My sister-in-law actually. My brothers live with me as well- '

"And that lady?"
She looked around with a softer face.

' Pet, she's one of the staff members of the house, actually the only staff member... We also have Hannah, she stays in the back of the house in her own little shed, and my other best friend Tyler- '

" So many people-"
She laughed a bit nervously as she was walked into a room with a tall, young looking boy and a short blonde girl.

' You'll meet them, all in good time. I'd like you to meet- '

The small girl interrupted him and skipped over, taking Rina's hand in her own.
" Lilith, pleasure! God, another normal girl who isn't insane- "

Axle laughed nervously and shook his head.
' Lilith is known to be overly exaggerated and- '

" And you're an asshole... Don't listen to everything he says! "
Lilith smiled and walked back over to the tall boy who was painting a picture, and the boy smiled and nodded.

' That's... Reese, lilith's husband- '
Axle introduced the taller male and nodded.

"Really? So young..."
Serina raised her brow, not really believing but Reese nodded and went back to his painting.

' Yes, very young... They've been inseparable for a few years- '
Axle looked up as the piano stopped, an older looking man with a bit of a beard, medium slicked back hair and a tuxedo walked down the stairs, smiling brightly.
' And that, would be my older brother- '

Reese and Lilith walked off as Hale walked up to take Serina's hand, placing a kiss which made Rina smile brightly.
" You must be Serina, oh Alexander has not stopped speaking of you for quite awhile- "

Axle scoffed and shook his head.
' Yeah yeah, stop trying to steal my girlfriend- '

Serina looked back with a wider smile and bit her lip.
"Girlfriend?"

" Shes questioning you young brother? "
Hale smiled.
" I'm Luchiale, but you can just call me Hale love- "

Rina looked back and nodded.
"It's nice to meet you, but. I, have a bit of a headache, Meeting all these new people..."

Hale nodded and bowed to her with a wink.
" No worries ma'am, I'll be out of your hair as fast as I can- "
He walked off and back up the stairs, Serina looking back at Axle and raised her brows.

"So, you guys are like- hella rich?"

Axle looked down at her and nodded with a smile.
' Yeah, it's kind of why I'm picky with the people I talk to... You're not, worried about it, right? '

"Well-"
Serina bit her lip and looked a bit concerned.
"Um, I kind of feel underdressed, and a bit small compared to you all now-"

Axle shook his head and took her hand, walking her to a big slide door that opened to a back pool.
' Don't feel small, or bad for us being bigger than you. You're worth so much more than any of this, you deserve your own throne so you should feel at home here... And I'm giving you an open door policy, If I'm not here Pet can always take care of you. '

"So, girlfriend?"
She smirked and raised a brow as she looked up at him.

He chuckled deeply and nodded, smiling down at her and kissed the top of her forehead.
' Yes, you're my girlfriend. Unless, there's a problem? '

She giggled lightly and shook her head.
"No- no, no problem... But, I think I'll just come over when you're here-"

He shook his head and walked her to the back of the pool, into a garden that was hidden by a hedge.
' No no, I insist, mostly so you can get comfortable and used to this house. So if you have no where to go and no one around you can know your way around the place. '

"I don't think I could ever get used to this-"

He chuckled and sat down on a bench swing, Serina sitting down next to her and smiled.
' You will, I promise... '

She huffed and looked at her phone, then looks at him and bit her lip.
"I, wanted to ask... Is it okay if after we stop by Melanie's? Today's her-"

' Birthday. Yes, I know. I remember things easily. '

"I- oh... I don't remember telling you though-"

' You possibly forgot.. But, of course we can. Not sure why we couldn't have just had a surprise birthday party for her out here- '

"Wh- maybe we could! Maybe tonight! Her parents are funny about that, they don't do parties or anything really. Only her dad drags her off too stuff she liked when she was younger..."

Axle nodded and stood
' shall we then? '
