Crazy Girls

Kodi had been at the bleachers with his group of friends and his sister , but of course he'd kept an eye out for the girl that he'd promised to meet up the next day. Seconds later, Mel was walking towards the bleachers with her best friend Serina, giggling about Robert, who of course was in her thoughts the whole night and whole morning, but she looked up to notice Kodi and sighed. The orange and yellow sky coming from the back from the sunrise.

"He really is trying-"

Kodi looked up to see her with a smile ,
  ' Didn't expect you to show up -- '
Serina then smiled back at the try hard boy ,

  " Melanie's always on time . Shes a go getter , you feel ? "
He chuckled and nodded

Melanie kicked her friends foot and then smiled fakely with a giggle.
"Yep, that's. Just me-"

Serina made a small pained noise ,
' ow . . . '

" That's fine with me , you girls Wanna sit ? "
Kodi insisted and held his hand out. Melanie just nodded and climbed up the bleachers, sitting at the top and cleared her throat.

Serina joins Melanie and sunny came with Amy , the two racing to see the girls .
' hey girlies it's great seeing you again, hm ? Last night was mad .'

Amy just slowly walked behind, Monkey and Dicey with her and she just walked right by.
' Come on dude, leave them alone- '

      "Yeah, go smoke your pot, or drugs or whatever..."
Melanie's having a hard time with come backs today, she's still not over the whole Robert thing last night.

  ' why ? I'm just seeing how my girls nights went . I heard Rina got wild in the water after Mel went home . '
Serina blushed then looked down to twiddle with her fingers ,

  ' what about you Melanie ? What'd you do ? '
He chuckled , but melanie just had enough of him.

She scoffed and pushed him back, watching him tumble down the bleachers.
    "Fuck off dickweed!"

Sunny landed on his back and was able to spring up while dusting himself off with a pissed expression ,
  ' Didnt have to be a cunt - but I'll see you all later I guess . Heard it's going to be a weekend field trip! Go Cobra's!'
He flipped them off before heading back with his group, wrapping his arm around Amy's neck before she would push his arm off, then he went to wrap his arm around her waist.

Melanie just scoffed and laughed over at Serina.
"Did you see him falling down those?"
She was snickering to her best friend.

Serina nodded as she was choking back a laugh herself , once he was gone she'd let it out .
  ' he tried to play it off ! '

Melanie giggles and shook her head.
"I'm waiting for a purge so I can just, stab him..."

' I'd like to see that . . . Sometimes I can't believe I dated him . '

" you were with Sunny ? "
Kodi just furrowed his brows at her.

' At a point in time, yes- big mistake. '

"He, tried hooking up with me actually, and... That's how me and her met. Then we became inseparable!"
Melanie wrapped her arms around her best friend and giggled.

' so I guess that's the only plus.  '

  " you sound like you know the man very, very well - "
Kodi chuckled , standing up and sitting next to Mel

Melanie huffed and watched them walk off with Amy.
"The only thing is, we don't really trust them with a girl, by theirselves..."

Kodi furrowed his brows and looked back at Mel.
" why? You think he'll do something? "

Rina shrugged and pulled out a highlighter, popping it open and pulling out a small bag of some wonderful smelling skunk.
' He would more than likely slice a girls tit off for not letting him pop a squeeze- '

Melanie choked on laugher and pulled out her binder, Kodi watching them then looked at the time.
" Wendy, you shoul- "

' I know, I'm about to head out. Pre calculus, here I fome- '
Wendy stood,smiling and waving a bit as she walked off, Melanie and Serina waving back.

Melanie then started pulling the buds apart, since they didn't have a grinder and Serina would slowly pick the broken bits up to put it in the cap.
' So, ever smoke pot Kode? '

He shook his head and pulled out a pill bottle.
" I have my own bad habits... Klonopins usually do the trick- "

Mel nodded and looked up at him.
"Those work too, I feel like we'll get along just fine. You going on the field trip?"

He shook his head and huffed.
" I- don't really have the money. My stupid parents won't pay for me to do anything- "

Serina scoffed
' Could have told us, Melanie's dad paid for both of us, mostly because my parents thought it was suicidal to go somewhere a serial killer has been. My mom being the most worried, she doesn't like haunted places. She's really a big, um, Scaredy cat when it comes to anything supernatural... Except me, '

" So, you believe in ghosts and heaven and hell- "

Melanie and Serina both snickered and shook their heads. Kodi just furrowed his brows.
"Kodi, sweetheart. Heaven isn't real. It's just the space between life and death, ghosts to find their second body. And hell for the people who may never return to life-"

Serina nodded and lit the pipe, Melanie cleaning off her binder to put it back in her bag and Kodi just raised a brow, Melanie huffing a breath and handing him a book.
"It's a witchcraft book. Things that you seeing here, can be found everywhere. And it's things that you can actually see. Not a "recreation of it..." But tell me, you've paid to your all mighty God, and you actually heard him speak to you. You might say yes, but let me strap on a lying detector to you and see if you're actually fibbing or not-"

Kodi raised his brows at the book and slid it in his bag, standing up as soon as the bell rang, the girls doing the same.
" I'll read more on it, thanks... "

Serina patted his back, smiling at him as Mel was hitting the rest of it.
' You'll learn, sooner or later... There our better powers out here. More better than that false father you call jesus and shit- '

As Melanie and Serina walked off to the buses, Kodi would watch them, then slowly walk off. The girls ended up getting him to o overthink now-
