FISOKUHLE POV
We have been on the road for the past 5 hours, Misokuhle should have just let me drive he drives so slow its making me lose patience. I don't know what to expect with the people we will be meeting, we will see them in the morning but I am anxious already and I am getting agitated already and with my brothers slow driving its annoying the living hell out of me. "You should have let me drive, look at you driving slowly like we are not rushing anywhere." I say. "Mxm don't you dare annoy me, you were complaining that you were tired ever since you got into my house so please." He says rolling his eyes. He is right I am tired but I would be doing a much better job with driving than this.
I am worried about my wife, the last time I left her she lost our babies. I keep checking my phone in case something happens. I just want to find my 'moms' family so we can sort everything out. Had I known everything on time I would have fixed everything before involving Sanele in all this. I am tired of these secrets from both our families. I just wanted to enjoy marriage life with my wife, and make her happy and have lots of children with her. Now I have to be fixing my dads' mistakes. That man makes me angry he didn't even want to tell us who our mother was, he refused and thank God for Misokuhle who has the means to find people.
Okay that's it I am calling my wife I just want to be sure that everything is well. I place the phone om my ear. Someone takes it away from me. "This is the fourth time you are calling. Come on Kuhle your wife will be fine. You cannot be calling every hour." Misokuhle says. "Kuhle you know exactly how hard all this is." I say I am frustrated my brother infuriates me at times. "I know its hard and its not going to be fine in a day or week, you will heal but you will always remember what happened and it will come back at times where you have to comfort each other and support each other, but you don't have to worry every minute of your life." He says. I hate it when he is right. I just hated seeing my wife like that. I felt so useless, I felt guilty for allowing it to happen. Kuhle knows exactly how I feel right now he has been through this twice. He was a wreck when it happened the second time he told me something must be wrong with us.

"How are you feeling since we are here already." Kuhle asks. "I am nervous hey I don't know." I say. Nervous is an understatement I am scared, what if they kick us out? It's a Saturday so they are home. There are a few cars in the yard. They are a wealthy family it looks like, the house is huge. We walk in the yard and Kuhle knocks, a teenager opens the door. He stares at us expecting us to say something. We ask for the elders, and he lets us in. He tells us to sit and he disappears in the house and he comes back to the lounge with an elderly couple. The mans' face quickly changes when he puts on his glasses and sees us. He looks terrified and shocked.
The lady is now wailing which then leads to 2 men and a lady who looks like she is in her late 50's, to show up these men have no idea who we are they are worried about their grandmother I think, the lady stares at us and she also wears the same face of shock. Okay the theatrics must stop now, I want us to say why we are here but it seems they already have an idea who we are. We patiently wait for the old lady to stop crying. She eventually stops crying. They all sit down and they look at us silently. We greet they greet back. "We are looking for the Majola family." I speak first because suddenly my brother is tongue tied.
"Yes this is it, how can we help you?" The old man asks. I start explaining who we are looking for and I explain who we are even though I know they know who we are because we are the spitting image of Bhekizwe. The old lady seems to have calmed down. "You look like your father, but you have Nomathembas' eyes and eyebrows." The old lady says. I always wondered where we got the eyes and eyebrows because no one at home had these. Looking at this family our eyes and eyebrows are definitely from this part of this family. "Why are you here? Does your father know you are here?" The old man says and I can see the anger now building up.
"He doesn't, he didn't even want to tell us who our mother was." Kuhle answers. He had been quiet the whole time. "Oh so you are defying your elders by being here. Why are you here? " The man asks. "We are here because your daughter led us here. We just want to fix things with her and we can be out of your hair." Kuhle says, the way he said it was rude. "What he is trying to say is, we need to see her grave and we may need to perform some rituals." I say. "Mhh you are exactly like your father and uncle, rude and stubborn." He says looking at Kuhle. Then looks at me.
"What rituals are those because there is a lot to be done here, you father basically stole you from us. A few months after you were born your mom brought you to stay with us in our former home, because she was afraid what the man she was seeing would do to you if he found out she had cheated and that you weren't the mans' kids. So she left you with us and the man found out he shot your mother then killed himself. Your dad took you with his brother pointing at us with guns a week after we buried your mother. We buried our daughter and we left a few weeks after the whole ordeal. So which things do you want to fix." He says.
Whoa this doesn't make sense, our mom died during child birth. What this man is talking about isn't what our dad told us. This all too much to take in. Where do we start fixing things? What do we do? Bhekizwe is one secretive man, we are suffering because of him, he lied and said our mom died giving birth to us kanti she died because of the affair they had, on top of that he took us by force from our moms' family. I don't know how to feel about this. Bhekizwe and Nqaba were clearly a troublesome duo, they shot my wifes' mother and they stole us, mixing our things up with our ancestors. Mxm I officially hate Bhekizwe.
