You left your last class and made your way to the quidditch field, you and Cedric always practiced with each other despite being on different teams.

"No Hufflepuff is definitely winning the cup this year!" Cedric protested.

"In your dreams Diggory! might as well give up now, we have Oliver wood Harry Potter, the twins! And you can't forget about the greatest chaser Hogwarts has ever seen; y/n Sykes " you said Making fake crowd noises after.

Cedric laughed at you and took off on his broom you following after him. You both were tossing the quaffle as a warm up while casually talking.

"So, how are you and George?" Cedric smirked at you.

"We're just friends" you threw the quaffle ball back to him.

"Just friends huh?" He tossed it back, "come on it's obvious you two like each other!"

"Cedric! We're just friends and always will be!" You tossed the quaffle harder making him stumble back with his broom.

"Geez, they way you acted now it's certain" he laughed.

You playfully rolled your eyes looking towards the woods. Something caught your eye, a black dog with glowing yellow eyes.

"D-D-Dog!" You stuttered before falling off your broom.

Luckily you weren't too high up or you would've had more than a little back pain. Cedric quickly floated down to you worriedly.

"Are you alright? Where's the dog?" He looked around but there was no dog in sight.
It had vanished.

"Bloody hell" you rubbed your head and laughed " I must be going mad!"

"You definitely are!" Cedric laughed laying next to you in the middle of the field.

It was quiet for a moment. Not awkward, comfortable. It was always comfortable with Cedric, even though he treated you like a child at times you could go to him for anything. One time you had to beg him to switch Lee back to his body because you turned him into a bird!

"We kissed you know.." You blurted. "Me and George, the night of my birthday"

Cedric propped himself up on his elbow too look down on you. "Just friends huh" he smirked.

" oh shut it" you laughed. "He told me the next morning it was just as friends though! What does that even mean, as friends?!?" You sat up looking Cedric straight in the eyes.

"Did it feel like you were just friends in the moment?" He looked at you with a straight face.

"No" you said.

"Than it wasn't as friends, no one kisses as friends, he probably just got scared to tell you. Talk to him" he smiled at you.

" you're right.." you trailed off.

" when am I not" he laughed.

" you bloody-" you jumped on him tickling him.

You guys laughed and ran around making jokes until it was almost dark. You both made your way back to the great hall. As you walked in the first person you made eye contact with was George, his eyes were soft.

"Now's your time Skyes" Cedric whispered smiling in your ear.

You smiled back at him making your way to the Gryffindor table to sit with Fred and George along with the golden trio and Lee. You sat across from George and next to Fred. George immediately looking at you.

"Y/n can we-" George started but got cut off

"He's been sighted, he's been sighted!" Seamus finnegan came running in.

You all got up to look at the paper. Hogsmeade. That wasn't far. You got queasy and everything went muffled.

"I should go lay down" you started making your way out of the hall.

Someone called out for you but you were too flooded with thoughts. Why did you feel so unsettled when it came to Sirius black? You looked out the front doors and yet again, seen a black dog with yellow eyes. It turned its head as if it was telling you to follow. 

" bad idea bad idea bad idea" you started to walk the other way
" for godric's sake" you started following it but quickly lost it when you reached the dark forest. Little did you know someone followed you out there.

George's POV

Y/n looked as if she was going to be sick as I watched her leave.
"Y/n are you alright" I asked. But she kept walking.
"Bloody hell" I muttered as I started following her,.
she quickly started walking out the castle. What was she doing? Why is she walking so quickly. Then, she went into the dark Forrest. Is she trying to get herself killed!? I followed but quickly lost her, it looked as if she was looking for something.  A loud howl came from the north side of the woods. She was in trouble I knew it. I followed then suddenly, a screech, it wasn't just a screech it was y/n's. I started running frantically screaming her name.
"Y/N" I screamed running in her direction but nothing.
"Y/N SAY SOMETHING" I  screamed again but still silent.

Y/n suddenly came running towards me point in the other direction. "WEREWOLF RUN" 

just as she said that a wolf was standing between two trees behind us and turned its head to a dog and chased after it. She ran into my arms trying to get me to run the other way which we did almost making it to the edge of the Forrest.
"Bloody hell y/n you could've been killed" I hugged her tightly.

" why did you follow me?" She said furiously

" at least I would've died and not the both of us, are you mad?!"

"At least we would've died together!" I yelled back.

Her eyes softened and hugged me tightly, I missed her scent, coconut, hibiscus, raspberries, and spearmint toothpaste. I held her tighter until we jumped at the sound of twigs breaking.

" what're you two doing out 'ere!" Luckily it was just Hagrid. "Come on let's get you two back to the castle with no one seein' " he rushed you two out of the Forrest.

The two of you got back to the castle and easily made it to the common room without being noticed using the tunnels.

" bloody hell why are you two barely sneaking in" Lee peered his eyes.

I rolled my eyes and quickly made it up to Fred and mines dorm. Fred following after me.

" you tell her? You tell her you're mad for her yet?" Fred jumped into my bed.

"No" I said quickly putting my hand over my face. " get out of my bed you git I'm tired" I rolled over.

Fred quickly got out of my bed and into his not saying a word. He knew I was upset. Not with anyone but myself of course. Why couldn't I do one thing right without all hell breaking loose?
