"The ministry doesn't want students to know this but I say different!" Moody yelled at his class.

You were in DADA next to draco. You were barely paying attention.

"Hey, you awake" draco shook you.

"Yeah yeah" you groaned. To be truthful, you were very tired. Not in a sleepy way, but mentally.

"Sleeping in my class ms.skyes?" Moody asked you.

"N-no " you stuttered in utter fear.

Everytime you were around moody, you were scared. He put fear in you that no one could, not even you know who himself.

"Good then you can tell me the second unforgivable curse" he stared at you.

"The-" you paused. Instantly having a flashback of the World Cup, the pain, the loneliness.

"What is it" he raised his voice.

"The cruciatus curse" you looked at him with pleading eyes.

"Right" with a flick of his wand a spider was on your desk "crucio"

You watched as the spider painfully tried to stand, struggling to keep itself sane. You watched silently hoping he would stop but he didnt. The pain was almost in your body aswell. You let a tear fall. "Stop."

He kept going.

"She said stop" draco said sternly.

Mad eye looked at draco, stopping the curse. "The last curse malfoy".

"Excuse me" draco retorted.

You were still dazed out at the lady curse you had no idea what was happening.

"Avada kedavra" yelled moody.

You flinched at the sudden green light with two tears rolling from your eyes. Draco put his hand on your arm in reassurance. Moody looked at both of you then to the class.

"Class dismissed" he spoke sternly.

Everyone got up except you. Draco looked at you after standing up then around the room.

"Come on" he grabbed your shoulders helping you up. "Let's get you to the twins"

"Mr.malfoy can I have a word with ms.skyes" moody asked.

"No, you've done enough" he spat "my father will hear about this".

Draco shushed in your ear guiding you down the stairs and to the hall. You were still in a lot of shock. You kept trying to snap out but everytime you did you could hear yourself.

"Please I didn't do anything"

"Please"

You looked at malfoy once you reached the end of the stairs and hugged him.

"Am I okay?" You asked silently.

"Yes" he whispered playing with your hair "we need to get you to the twins" he guided you into the hall and to where the golden trio and the twins sat.

"Y/n" Hermione exclaimed softly.

"What happened" Harry tightened his jaw at draco.

"Calm down Potter" he spat.

"What did you do malfoy" George asked sternly, obviously upset.

"It wasn't me weaselbee, she need you two though" draco rolled his eyes "very dim to think I hurt her" he looked at you softly.

If it wasn't obvious, draco malfoy had a soft spot for you.

"Love" George sat next to you "what's wrong"

"The cruciatus" you spoke softly "moody he-" you stopped aburptly.

"Professor showed us the curse in class, in front of her." Draco crossed his arms concerningly.

With one look the twins mumbled a thank you to draco and walked you up the stairs.

"I felt it" y/n said beginning to sit on the couch in the common room "he used the curse and it went through my body as if he used it on me" you shuttered at the feeling.

"It's okay" George soothed you.

"It's just because you felt it before, you're still recovering" Fred smiled.

Y/n nodded slightly and slouched back, everything about moody was wrong. Something was off and y/n was determined to find out.

After resting for the rest of the day, George and Fred went to their classes, y/n stayed in the dorm. But the time has come, the goblet of fire was giving out the names of the three champions. Everyone put there name in yesterday, which you couldn't bare to watch. You knew the twins tried when Ron dragged you to the hospital wing and they both sat there with long grey hair. Luckily, neither of them could enter. But, you were still worried about Cedric. You got out of bed, brushed your hair into place and made your way to the hall for dinner. You made your way down the stairs and right to the hall. As you walked in everyone was seated quietly, you made eye contact with Cedric before he looked down at his plate. You shook off your nerves and made your way to your seat next to the twins.

"The time has come, to announce the three champions!" Dumbledore spoke.

You got chills at those words. Champions, more like the cursed to you. George put his hand on your knee in hopes to calm you down, which it did just a little.

"The champion of beaubatons academy, Fleur Delacour" Dumbledore welcomed the blonde to the front of the hall. "Our champion from Drumstrang, Viktor Krum" Viktor was very confident to say the least. He stood tall with his head high. You dreaded the next part, the hogwarts champion.

You closed your eyes silently begging cedrics name wouldn't be called. "Our hogwarts champion is, Cedric Diggory" you opened your eyes, a tear fell quickly which you wiped away before anyone could see. Cedric walked up with a smile and looked at you, his smile faded seeing you hurt. You got up quickly going to leave.

"Y/n" George held your hand.

"I can't George" you spoke softly "I just, I can't" you went to walk away but the goblet going a very bright blue caught your eye. You watched as it flowed and shot out another paper. Which Snape caught. His eyes went big as he read the paper, urgently making his was to Dumbledore. He gave him a tap and handed him the paper. Dumbledore had the same reaction. They both looked like dears caught in headlights. Your heart sank as Dumbledore read the paper aloud to everyone. You couldn't believe this was happening, two people whom you cared for tremendously, in a deathly tournament. You're heart sank even further as Dumbledore yelled the name again.

"Harry Potter!"
