You flashed into the burrow and had a great big smile, you were instantly greeted by molly, then Arthur and the rest of the Weasley family along with Harry. You sat down on the couch handing out your gifts, Fred, molly, Arthur, Ginny, Percy, Ron.
"I think that's everyone" you smiled
you seen George give you a sad look thinking you didn't get him a gift, you winked and him and pointed your head towards the stairs hitting you'd give it to him privately.
"Well you didn't think we'd forgotten you now did you" molly smiled handing you a beautifully wrapped box.
Then Fred handed you his along with Ron then Ginny and Percy.
You loved the assortments you got from the family, a green sweater with your initial, some fireworks and candies, a nice warm blanket, a muggle book called the art of happiness, and a red satin robe. You smiled at them and got up to hug everyone.
"Ok dinner will be done in a little wbu don't you all just hang tight for a minute" molly smiled raising her arms out, Ron and Harry went to their room, Percy stayed to help molly, you asked if molly needed any help but she politely declined so you headed up to the twins' room.
" did you tell them?" You questioned after closing the door.
"Nothing, not even Ginny knows yet!" Fred examined quietly, "we wanted you to be here to tell them"
"Great" you said nervously.
" nervous? Really? You've only been around since first year!" Fred said eagerly. "It would happen eventually!"
"I know I just hope they approve"you sat on George's bed.
" of course they'll approve" George hugged you reassuringly. "Also your gift" he pulled away going to his closet and pulling out a small box along with a slightly larger box. You opened the bigger box first, it was a never ending candle, you smelled it and it was your favorite scent, a little bit of gunpowder, fresh linen, and mint. George.
"It's an amorentia candle" he gave you a goofy smile.
Of course you would smell George, you smiled at him before smelling it again taking in the loving scent like it was the last time you'd ever smell it.
"The next gift open it!" He and Fred said excitedly.
You quickly picked up the box now equally excited, a ring maybe? A neckalce? A rock !?!
But you were even more surprised your eyes widened at the sight "George" you spoke softly. Your face expression was hard to read.
"GEORGE" you smiled getting up going to your bag and pulling out his presents.
He confusedly opened his gifts, first the fire side lamp of you two dancing then looked at the small box.
"No" his eyes widened.
"I think so" you smiled.
He quickly opened the box and put on the bracelet, you following and holding it up to each other's wrist.
"Always and forever, g.f.w y/i.s"
"Did you two get each other the same bloody gifts?!?" Fred exclaimed.
You almost forgot he was there. You smiled and hugged George tightly laughing at the coincidence. This boy better be the one you marry.
You all sat there laughing and making jokes about how you could now read George's mind until molly called for dinner.
"Dinner is ready!" She sung out.
You and George decided to tell them right after dinner. You went down the stairs with everyone else and were met with bill and Charlie. It had been awhile since either of them have been home since work. It was nice to have everyone there but suddenly you were more nervous than ever. George seen you tense up and grabbed your hand softly leading you to the table. You sat next to George and Fred of course. You all enjoyed Molly's amazing cooking and laughed at the twins' jokes, Percy Though, would glare at them.
"Why aren't koalas considered bears" George laughed out.
"Obviously because they're marsupials" Percy corrected him earning a glare from the twins.
"No, Percy, because they didn't have the koalafications" Fred spat.
You held back your laugh choking on your drink a little then setting it on the table.
"What's your bracelet say?" Ginny asked and you instantly tensed up.
You looked at George and he gave you a nod.
"Well since dinner is over we have an announcement" George put his hands down on the table.
"You're going to start acting like an adult" Percy chuckled.
"Haha" George laughed sarcastically at his brother. "No, we wanted to let you know, that me and y/n are dating" he had a big goofy smile on his face, he grabbed your hand and both your bracelets were on the table.
The table was quiet and it made your stomach turn. You waited for someone to speak up and finally Ginny did.
"Well obviously that was going to happen, the bracelet what does it say" she asked again.
You chuckled and reached over to show her.
"Oh my god! That is so cute" she cooed. " I didn't know you were capable of being so sentimental Georgie" she laughed as molly shushed her.
"Congratulations you two I'm very happy for the both of you, oh ! I always knew you two would end up together, you and lovely y/n a keeper you got yourself my son" she got up and went to hug you.
You instantly felt relief wash over you as the family approved of your new relationship. They all asked questions like how long and all of the sappy stuff. That was until molly noticed George's matching bracelet.
" you both got matching bracelets" she furrowed her brows.
"Well it's quite a funny story" you started " we got these as Christmas presents for each other before we were together and barely found out today when we opened them" you laughed.
The whole table erupted into fits of laughter, even Percy.
" so you two got each other the exact same gift" Percy laughed " it's meant!".
The rest of the time you all talked and laughed until everyone went to lay down.
You were going to sleep in Ginnys room after staying up with the twins for a little bit it didn't last long since Fred instantly knocked out. You and George were laughing at his sleeping conversation.
"Stop please! I don't want to dance for the clowns" he cried in his sleep earning quieted laughs from you and George.
"Georgie" you said wrapped in his arms.
"Yes darling" he questioned swaying his head with his eyes closed, you could tell he was tired.
"What do you imagine life will be like in a few years?" You cuddled closer to him.
"Well, I'll be waking up next to you, and hopefully we have a little bugger running around! Maybe two" he smiled.
You smiled at the thought of having a life with him. "You really want that?".
"Is my name George" he chuckled.
You laughed and cuddled a little closer. "I should probably get to sleep"you got out of bed slowly.
George grabbed your hand and held it. "Wait just for a moment please, stay with me?"
