Chapter 28

Aino POV

Me and Aizawa was sat on the train opposite each other "I know you really care about those kids but you can't help but baby them a lot, yes what Iida is planning on doing is ridiculous and I'm defiantly gonna scold him once I see him but this gives him more experience" Aizawa sighed and looked at me, I nodded and leant forward resting my head in my hand "I know, they're hero's in training but they're still kids" Aizawa chuckled and looked at me and leant forward "It's a good middle ground, I scold them and you baby them" I tried staying serious but couldn't help but smile a bit, god damn it. I looked out the window and tapped my finger on the desk nervous, Aizawa grabbed hold onto my hand and stroked his thumb over the top of my hand "They're going to be fine, it's still daylight, stain doesn't attack in daylight" I sighed and nodded, we weren't long from Hosu. "Hello everyone I'm very sorry but the train will be delayed a couple hours due to an attack further ahead on the track" the announcement repeated itself a couple times before stopping, it was still daylight but the sun was about to set, I looked at Aizawa in panic "do you have any friends that like are super fast?" Aizawa shook his head "besides Iida no"
I looked out the window and sighed "I hope he's okay"

We were sat on the train for an extra 3 hours ontop of the 5 the train journey was. We finally got off and saw that Hosu was practically set aflame "You think stain could've done all this??" I looked at Aizawa, he shook his head "not one bit, come on let's go help" I nodded as we ran into the city as Aizawa started helping people get to safety, I kept looking around for Iida "don't you fucking dare run off without me" Aizawa looked at me as he crowded people away, I sighed and stuck to Aizawa's side helping people get to safety. "Switch!" I looked up and saw Manual running towards us, I jumped up and hugged him "Hey! Where's Iida??" I looked around not seeing him anywhere, Manual looked down and sighed "I lost him, we were in the middle of a patrol and he ran off" I sighed and nodded "im tied to Erasers hip for the rest of the night so we'll do what we can and help you try and find Iida" Manual nodded as he ran off helping more people, I heard a scream from the street over and whistled at Aizawa "someone's in trouble in the street over come on!" I ran ahead and made my blades come out my arms, god I missed fighting and not being stuck behind a desk "SLOW DOWN!" Aizawa yelled and caught up to me, we stopped at the end of the street and saw a nomu, I grit my teeth "the league is here.. you need to hide" Aizawa put his arm infront of me stopping me "no aizawa. If they wanna try a 3rd time it's their funeral" I moved his hand and ran towards the nomu as it held people tightly in its grasp, slicing its arm as it dropped the people "Run! Across the street there's a first aid centre" I looked at them and then at the nomu as they ran away. "I am sick and tired of the fucking league!" I growled and pounced up making blades come out of my leg as I kicked the nomu in the face knocking it down and stomped on its face repeatedly until it was knocked out. I panted and looked at aizawa "Help me drag him to the police" Aizawa nodded and tied up the nomu in his scarf as we dragged him to the police, the nomu was quickly detained and transported away. "You need to stop running off into trouble" Aizawa sighed, I Groaned and walked with him"but I missed fighting, being a hero there has to be risk"

We couldn't find Iida anywhere but bumped into Endeavour "oh what's up spicy hot" I chuckled and looked up at him, Endeavour turned up his nose and looked at me "Wait where's shoto?" I looked at Endeavour "I uh.. not that it's any of your buisness he ran off" my eyes widened as I smacked the top of his head jumping up "YOU LOST HIM?!" God I really had balls to hit him, he could easily beat the shit out of me. "He gave me an address! I was trying to round up hero's to get to go there for backup, some have already gone there so I doubt you'd be needed " Endeavour growled, I looked at him "so where is it." Endeavour finally told us as I started running ahead towards the address hoping that Iida would be there. "Aino!" Aizawa yelled from behind, I sped up and got to the alleyway and saw pros surrounding Todoroki, Midoriya and Iida "boys!" My heart finally was out of my throat, I ran over to them but quickly froze seeing Stain opposite them, in a frozen state "huh?.." I held my guard up just in case he attacked but I just saw him frozen, everyone else stunned. "He-he's dead?" Todoroki looked at him. We were stood there in confusion until stain was detained and sent away "come on boys let's take you to the hospital"

Todoroki, Iida and Midoriya were being treated for their wounds, I was sat outside on a bench looking up at the sky taking a breather. "Their wounds aren't going to leave any long damage, parents have been called and Endeavour is not happy" Aizawa chuckled and walked up to me, I nodded and sighed "I really missed fighting like that, I can't just sit around and have the league torture everyone" I looked at my hand and clenched my fist "I want tomura Shigaraki gone" Aizawa sighed and sat next to me "that makes two of us, hate how cocky he is" I leant against him and looked at the sky, still Smokey from the fires from earlier. "I know you like fighting, but I don't want you getting hurt and paralysed." Aizawa sighed and held onto my hand, I looked at him and pulled his hand onto my lap "and I won't, I've learnt from my mistakes" I held his hand tightly and stroked my thumb on his hand "I know, which is why I want to be by your side all the time, so if something like this happens again I want you to be with me, you can run off but not far" Aizawa grabbed my chin and made me look at him, I chuckled softly and looked at him
"Sounds more like you want me on a lead" aizawa shrugged and got up "I wouldn't mind the sight of you with a lead around your neck" I blushed softly and stood up nudging him "come on, I wanna scold the boys then hug them" i smiled and started walking inside to the ward.
