Aino Kibira POV

I stretched back in my chair and set up my desk with my usual stuff and a new addition being the picture Emi gave me before I left Ketsubutsu.
I sighed looking at the picture and felt my stomach rumbling. "You hungry? My class isnt until 10, wanna grab a bite?" Midnight stood behind me leaning slightly, I looked at the time and had an hour to kill. "Yeah sure" I smiled and got up grabbing my wallet and walked next to Midnight. She was so tall, practically towering over me especially in those heels. She was roughly 5'9, compared to me being 5"4 reaching at a 5"7 with my platforms.

"So you came from Ketsubutsu?" Midnight glanced at me and raised an eyebrow as we walked into the lunch hall. I nodded and picked up a tray "someones researched into me" I chuckled and ordered my food looking at Midnight "hey dont judge me for doing some research into the new female teacher, wanted to make sure we were compatible" Midnight shrugged it off as her food got plated along with mine as we started walking to a table. "Comptaible?" I questioned tilting my head, Midnight nodded as we sat down. This must be a normal thing for her, checking who are who before they join the staff.
"I wanted to make sure we would get along, it's a pain mainly working with men. Like yeah theres Present Mic but it just isnt the same." Midnight sighed looking into her plate sadly, I furrowed my eyebrows and felt kinda sad for her. I was lucky working with Ms.Joke most of the time so I didnt feel left out surrounded by men.
Must've been so isolating for her.

Lunch went by and the time for my first class to start soon. I hope these 1-A guys aren't nightmare children. I walked down the hall checking the map "1-a...1-a.. where is it" I groaned walking down the hall and finally stopped at 1-A "there it is!" I placed my hand on the handle.

"Right everyone before I go I want to introduce you guys to your new music teacher" I could hear the husky voice from earlier come through the 1-A class door, I guess that was my que, I opened the door not realising how heavy it was and struggled to open it to have it suddenly open with ease. I looked up and saw Aizawa holding the door open, an embarrassed chuckle left my lips as I scratched the  back of my head "Oops?" I walked in trying to ignore the embarrassment and to the front of the class.

I scanned my eyes across the room and saw eyes all on me and recognised alot of these kids from the sports festival. "Hi! I'm Ms.Kibira, your new music teacher" I smiled and placed my bag under the desk. "What's all your names?" I looked at them all as they introduced themselves one by one. Alot of names to remember but should be easy especially with their very loud personalities.

"So you're a music teacher ? What do we need music for?" I cleared my throat and looked at Denki "When you think of heros what do you think of?" I tilted my head and watched the class mumble as a couple hands shot up.
"Power!" Yayorozou exclaimed, "Strength?" Todoroki questioned
"Courage miss!" Iida spoke with his hand raised up high. "You are all correct but are missing one thing" I smiled and wrote 'theme songs' on the board.
"YES I'VE BEEN TELLING YOU GUYS IT ISNT WEIRD!" Mina screeched in excitement, I chuckled and watched the class's mood change from confusion to excitement in seconds.
"I've always wanted a theme song.. All might does so I wondered why some other heros dont" Midorya spoke quietly.

"Well my job as your music teacher is to get you guys a theme song that matches to you and would hype you up before battle!" I chuckled seeing the class get all excited, I looked out the corner of my eye and saw Aizawa looking at me and noticed the corner of his mouth twitch to a little smirk as he walked out of the class.

"Um Miss.Kibira?" Jiro quietly raised her hand, from what I could remember her quirk is based around sound "yes Jiro?" I smiled turning my attention from the now closed door to the girl. "Does our theme songs have to be of one genre?" She nervously pressed her plugs together in awkwardness, showing to be very shy. "No it can be of any genre you find comfortable with, which is why for your task for today I want you guys to create lists for me of songs that make you feel empowered! Songs that speak to you and that you relate to, once you have created your list please make sure your name is on it and leave it on the desk" I went around the class placing sheets of paper on each students desks, I sat back at the front and glanced over at the class seeing which students were more comfortable with music and some that were lost.

"Excuse me Miss.Kibira? When you say songs that speak to you do you mean directly ?" Iida raised his hand as he had his phone next to him, I walked over to the boy and looked at his list only being 2 songs "No not directly, for example if a song is talking about overcoming fear and becoming big and strong even if you came from nothing that would relate to all might, or an electronic song with alot of echoing you would think of Present mic" I smiled at the boy, hoping that this would help him understand. "That makes so much sence thank you miss!" Iida bowed as he then filled out his list speedily.
"Miss what about me? I cant find a song that talks about sexy men trying to find ladies other than 'I'm too Sexy for my shirt' could you reccomend some?" Mineta crossed his legs over as his eyebrows raised. I do not like this kid one bit. "I was thinking more personality wise, not looks wise unless you're like Mina who's looks are very obvious like a cute alien" I smiled trying to be nice, when the only song coming to mind for this pervert was 'I love little girls'.
