Chapter 39

Aino POV

I put on my black skirt and white turtleneck, looking at myself in the mirror and groaned "it looks to casual" I rummaged through my bag and pulled out my black silk dress with similar dragon print as Aizawa's "ooo wear that then we can match" Aizawa picked up the dress and took out my black chained platforms "You're honestly a secret fashionista" I chuckled and got changed and put my boots on, I sat down and finished off my makeup as Aizawa got changed "put it in a bun or leave it down?" Aizawa stood behind me looking in the mirror, I hummed and looked at him "tie it up for now and by the end of the night you can let it down" I smiled and swapped with him as Aizawa sat down as I brushed his hair and tied it back in the bun, wrapping my arms around his shoulder "my god you look so hot with your hair tied back" I hummed and kissed his neck, Aizawa chuckled and stood up and kissed me softly, I smiled and kissed him back stroking his cheek "Hey lovebirds you guys ready to go?" Yomi walked in and looked at us "Awww you're matching" I chuckled and nodded.
We got to the resteraunt, very fancy one to be honest. I held onto Aizawa's hand as we walked in, feeling kind of nervous seeing my parents again with all these scars after i promised them I wasn't gonna fight again.  "Aino dear!" I saw my mum stand up and run over to me, I smiled a bit and hugged her "Hey mum" my dad stood up and hugged me "hey dad" I smiled as Yomi and Porco sat down, I inhaled and looked at them "mum dad this is Aizawa, my boyfriend" I introduced Aizawa and sat down as Aizawa nodded "oh he's very handsome I like him" My mum instantly melted and pulled Aizawa into a hug "Hello my dear, lovely to meet you" Aizawa smiled softly and hugged my mum back "lovely to meet you too" My dad stared Aizawa down as my mum pulled away, Aizawa staring back at him, a silence filling the area as I already started pouring myself a glass of wine nervous. My dad stepped up to aizawa, the height different being hilarious as Aizawa towered over him, his blunt face not moving an inch as a smile slowly crept into my dads face "I like him, hasn't shit himself" My dad grabbed onto Aizawa's hand and shook it "Nice to meet you son"

We ordered our food as it was a 3 course meal and got into our starters "So Aizawa, Yomi told us you're a teacher at UA, What's your quirk?" My dad questioned Aizawa, I sipped my wine and smiled to myself "Erasure, whoever I look at I can erase their quirk, but activating it gives me serious dry eye as once I close my eyes it stops" Aizawa nodded, it was nice seeing him get along with my dad, Porco wasn't happy about it as it was a lot harder for him to even get a word out of my dad. "That's insane, so how long have you been teaching at UA" my mum put her full attention into Aizawa barely paying attention to her drink about to spill, Porco used his quirk to pause time to balance it properly. "3 years, I was a pro for about 8-10 years after graduating" Aizawa quietened down as he realised how old he was getting, my dads  and mums eyes widened a bit "how old are you?" I chuckled and kissed his cheek "he's 31, just shows how much experience he's got" I smiled as my dad started laughing "That's two of our kids now that go for the older ones"I chuckled and leaned against Aizawa "you're not that old babe" Aizawa groaned and looked at me, stroking my cheek "you're lucky I love you or I would've left and hid in a corner by now" I chuckled and held onto his hand. "Oh what's that scar from under your eye??" My mum pointed out his scar and looked down, "it's from the USJ attack, one of the leagues hybrids fought me and left me covered in bandages, way before meeting Aino luckily so she didn't have to worry, the other scars on the other hand are from the Training camp raid where Aino took a lot more damage and nearly got kidnapped, this one from the Hassaikai raid where I was in a coma for 2 weeks" my parents flares went from aizawa to me "I'm sorry? You were kidnapped??" My mum grabbed my arms and saw the large scars all long my arms and looked under the table seeing the ones on my legs "Aino! You were fighting?!" I groaned and explained to them all of the scars and the situations. "Look I didn't fight unless someone's life was in danger" I sighed and drank my wine looking at them, wanting to desperately change the subject "Where's Ako? How comes he's not here?" I looked around not seeing my brother anyway, my mum sighed "He's coming on the day of the wedding, he's on a lads trip" I chuckled and leant on Aizawa holding his hand and looked up at him as he was looking on his phone "Anything from Mic? How is she?" I spoke quietly, Aizawa showed me a picture of Eri in Mic's sunglasses "Aww she's adorable" I chuckled and leant against him drinking my wine "don't drink too much I don't wanna be holding your hair back tonight" Aizawa raised an eyebrow, I rolled my eyes and put my glass down "this you cutting me off?" Aizawa nodded and put his phone down on the table as Yomi started to talk about the wedding. A couple hours passed and Mic kept on updating us with photos of Eri "your phone keeps on going off?" My dad raised his eyebrow and was being nosy and grabbed my phone seeing my lock screen be me, Eri and Aizawa, my dads face fell "you got a kid?" Yomi gulped and looked at me "shit" I chuckled awkwardly and took my phone back "shouldn't we leave this till after the wedding? It's Yomi and Porky's week" I gulped my wine as my mum stared at me "you had a child and didn't let me know?!" My mum slammed her hand on the table "no no we didn't! Look at the hassaikai raid, the leader of the hassaikai Overhaul was using his adoptive dads granddaughter to make quirk erasing bullets, he would use her to make bullets practically killing her and bringing her back over and over again to make these, after the raid while Aizawa was in a coma I was sent to get to know Eri and take care of her so she had someone to trust, once Aizawa came out of his coma he also was getting to know her"I sighed and rubbed my temple "None of her family wanted her and putting her in the system would completely ruin her and make her quirk worse and would raise her into hating society and becoming a villain, so Aizawa and I offered to take her in to take care of her. So we adopted her and now she's been living with us for the past 2 months" I pulled out my phone and showed them a more clearer picture of her before she got better "she was covered in bandages, frail and terrified of everything, if you scroll to the left you'll see her now, healthy happy and getting better and learning to trust people" my mum sighed and nodded "Why didn't you bring her?" Yomi gulped and hid her face, embarrassed knowing it was her fault "I told her not to bring her cause we already booked everything" My mum tutted and went on her phone "I'll call up the caterers and get them to add an extra plate, get your friend to bring her here. She's family she shouldn't miss out on her first celebration." My mum luckily took the news really well, I looked at Aizawa as he was in as much shock as I was, Aizawa got up "I'll call Hizashi and book him and her a plane ticket to here" Aizawa kissed my cheek before walking out, I smiled and looked at my dad, a smile being spread across his face as he looked at me "I was scared you were gonna show up to the wedding completely on your own, I really like him aswell so you've definitely got a good one" I chuckled and drank my wine "thanks dad, I really like him too" I smiled as Aizawa came back "Right so Hizashi is happy he's getting a free trip to harajuku, and he says that Eri misses us a lot" I pouted and chuckled "aww I love her she's so cute"
