3rd P.O.V.

The next day went by as they spent it at Gracia's. As the day approached that Roy would be coming back home (Y/N) and Ed both waited anxiously. (Y/N) wanted to relay the information as soon as possible because of how happy she was. Ed partly feared for his life. Roy still has his alchemy, unlike Ed, so he would be toast. The two sat in the kitchen talking about nothing in particular until they heard the door knob jingle and Roy walk through the door. (Y/N) jumped up and hugged her adoptive brother happily, welcoming him home.

"So nice to be home." Roy said walking to the kitchen with (Y/N). Roy narrowed his eyes slightly upon spotting Ed but greeted him as well.

"How was your trip?" (Y/N) asked, trying to keep Roy focused and calm.

"Exhausting, they sure are keeping me busy." Roy grumbled, leaning against the counter. Ed tried to hide it, but he was nervous. (Y/N) smiled at Ed then stepped over to Roy.

"Sorry to ask since you just got home but could you help me move something? I decided to rearrange my room." (Y/N) asked, clearly a diversion. Roy groaned and nodded, following the (H/C) haired girl up the stairs. The two entered her room and (Y/N) closed the door behind them.

"So what do you need me to move?" Roy asked. (Y/N) smiled and gestured for him to sit.

"I don't actually have anything for you to move." (Y/N) said then stopped him from speaking. "I just wanted to make sure you weren't in range to kill Ed." (Y/N) added.

"What particular reason would I have for killing him today?" Roy asked, narrowing his eyes skeptically. (Y/n) grinned like an idiot and showed Roy her left hand and the ring that was placed on her ring finger. Roy looked at the ring then the girl it was attached to then continued looking between the two. Roy's eyes widened the size of saucers and he jumped to his feet.

"No way, he--!"

"Yes he did."

"So you two are-?!"

"Yes, we are."

"No way...." Roy finally exhaled and scrunched his hair in his hands. Suddenly (Y/N) was tackled to the ground. "Why did you go growing up so fast! I'm not ready to walk you down the aisle!!" Roy cried like a big baby. (Y/N) laughed at the grown man hugging her tightly while bawling his eyes out. (Y/N) wasn't quite expecting this reaction automatically but was happy she wasn't having to stop Roy from strangling Ed. They laid on the floor, (Y/N) trying to sooth the older man by rubbing his back.

"Alright crybaby, let's get up." (Y/N) said. (Y/N) managed to get up but Roy refused to let go of her so she had to drag him all the way back downstairs. (Y/N) plopped both of them on the couch in the living room with numerous sound effects. Ed heard the commotion and made his way to the living room as well. Ed saw Roy clinging to (Y/N) like she would disappear if he let go and put on a small grin.

"I guess this is better than running for my life." Ed chuckled.

"You're not the one with the grown man stuck to your side." (Y/N) grumbled. Roy glared at Ed slightly.

"Obviously now, I can't kill you that would make (Y/N) unhappy-"

"And pretty sure it is illegal...." (Y/n) and Ed said in sync.
