Pyro and the Hulk (book 2: B. Banner X OC)

"Hey big guy" Hulk walks over to me as I stand on a small hill. Once he is close enough Jace runs forward and jumps making Hulk catch him with a smile. I let them have a moment before reaching my hand out the him. Hulk holds his hand out for me and I place mine in his. I start drawing gentle patterns on his palm relaxing him. He gives me a smile before shifting back to Bruce. Jace was now in Bruce's lap as they are both sat in the snow.

I send a little heat to Bruce so he doesn't get too cold. "Come on my loves, time to go home." They both get up Jace still clinging onto Bruce, clearly exhausted from the mission, and snuggles his head into Bruce's shoulder.

Smiling I slid down the hill and place a black thermal jumper over his shoulders. Since I had made sure to bring a bigger one I zip it up around the two and chuckle lightly as the sleeves hang limply in the breeze blowing around him. He manages to get one arm though a sleeve while the other holds Jace to him. I tuck the cuff of the other sleeve into the pocket so it wouldn't get annoying.

Kissing Bruce's cheek we start walking towards the jet hand in hand. When we get to the Jet Bruce moves to sit down, keeping the sleeping Jace in his arms as he does. Looking around I see Clint layed out on a metal tables, strapped down so he wouldn't fall of during flight, and an IV line attached to him. Smiling at the two I grab his ear phones and iPod, pulling up Bruce's playlist I place the earphones on for him, pecking his lips as I did. He smiles "I love you. So much" I repeat my action again. "I love you too, My Darling." Out of the two of us I was defiantly the one to use nicknames. Bruce tried but anything more creative that 'love' or 'honey' would make him cringe so he stuck with the two or none at all. I kiss Jace's head and brush his hair off his forehead. "My three best boy's".  I feel Hulk's happiness at my words along with Bruce's.

After I finish fussing over them I walk over to Clint and tried to continue healing. I could tell from his emotions that I had only succeeded in taking away more of his pain. "I'm sorry Clint but I can't heal you anymore then I have, Your body is fighting me."

"It's okay Lee-Lee, Dr. Cho is on her way to the tower already she can do the rest. You did the whole mission carrying a two year old and I'm pretty sure you had to carry Jace as well as some point. Now I don't care how strong you have gotten, you can't keep pushing yourself. Now go relax. That's an order"

I roll my eyes at him but do as he says "Yes brother" I ruffle his hair just to annoy him. I go to sit down but stop and release Lilly's suit from me first. She feels the connection break and orders the suit off. Once she's free I kiss her forehead "Have fun Flower?"  she nods but rubs her tummy "I'm hungry momma"

"Okay baby. Wanna help me get food for everyone?" She bounces on her feet as she nods excitedly. Taking her hand I walk her over to the mini fridge that Tony added to the jet. Pulling out the assortment of multicoloured Tupperware, each one was filled with sweet'n'sour sicken and rice that I had made the night before. Each time we had a mission that would last more then a few hours Nick would give me a heads up so I could do some meal prep. I lay them out on the floor in front of Lilly before pulling out a bottle of water for everyone. 

Once everything is layed out I pick up each box one by one and use my powers to heat them up. Each box not only had a fork attached to the inside of the lid, but also had everyone's logo on it for example Steve's had his shield, Thor's had his hammer, Clint a bow and arrow, Nat had a Black Widow spider, Bruce had a cartoon of the Hulk, Jace had a snow flake, Tony had his arc reactor, mine had a flame and Lilly had a stargazer Lily. 

After they are all heated Lilly helps me hand them out to everyone along with a bottle of water. As expected Jace woke up when he smelled food. Instead of climbing out or the jumper he simply wiggled around so his back was to Bruce before undoing the zip enough that his hands were free. Bruce and I laugh at his actions and Bruce quickly takes this chance to put his other arm through the sleeve.  "You okay little cub?"

"Yes, Momma, just sleepy. But food first." I ruffle his hair and pass him his box, placing a kiss on his head again. I take my spot next to Bruce and Lilly climbs into my lap to eat after giving Tony his water. 

Everyone ate in silence as Tony had put JARVIS in charge of flying. The only other sound being the opera music that Bruce was listening to, He had removed the one closest to me and I had placed it in my ear to listen with him. At some point after we had eaten I had turned in my seat, my back to Bruce's side as he moved his arm around me. Lilly was now curled in my arms with her head on my chest. Her light snores making everyone smile. These were the other moments I loved. None of us had to say anything. Just simply be together.
