~𝙱𝙴𝙵𝙾𝚁𝙴~ crow's barn

A/N: unlike silk touch, there aren't going to be censoring so my apologies! chapters will also be longer :) other than that, enjoy! (don't worry, my other book will not be connected to this one)

I watch as the bus arrives, just on time, and I step inside, the warm air engulfing me. The chatter of kids is loud and I smile at my bus driver. "Hi, sir." "Hello, y/n." The old man says back and I head to the back area, where my friends, Raina, Jax, and Thea wave to me. Raina and Jax sit in one seat as I sit next to Thea. "Hey, guys!" I greet and they say hello back to me.

Raina smiles widely. "So, did you get it?" I fish around in my backpack and I show the 3 the large bottle of tequila and the 3 cheer, looking around. "Hell yeah!" Jax exclaims and we all shush him, trying to keep our secret safe. "When school ends, we all head to the barn from Crow's farm right?" Thea asks and we all nod.

The barn behind Crow's farm is a spot where we all hang out frequently, drinking and smoking, somewhere where cops or authorities wouldn't bother to search. The old guy, Max Crow who owns the farm, doesn't care about us 3. He says as long as we don't trash it and we clean up our messes, he won't tell anyone about us.

When we arrive at school, I stuff the bottle into my bag and we get off. The sun beats down on us and we head inside, the cool air clinging onto us. I head towards my locker and stuff the bottle in as the 3 surround me in case someone passes by me and sees the bottle. I shut the door and we all split up, heading to our classes as the bell rings.

I take my seat in the back in math as usual and I see a few people eyeing me, a look on their face. There's something unsettling about them, but I roll my eyes. One of them laughs and snickers at me. "Idiot," I mutter under my breath and the teacher looks up. "Alright class, let's get started."

As the day goes on, the thought and excitement of hanging out in the barn stick with me. Although we've done this multiple times, it gets more and more exhilarating each time. When the final bell rings, I rush out and see Raina heading towards me. "Hey!" She says and we wait by the back doors, looking around for Jax and Thea. When we finally spot them, I head towards my locker, grabbing the bottle before following the 3. 

We start our short walk to the barn and I trail behind the three, picking up on their conversations from time to time. "Bro, that's so fucking dumb." Jax laughs as Thea tells him about the jerk that she had met a long time ago. "I know right? Honestly, he was such a prick and he acted like one." Thea agrees and Raina chuckles.

When we finally reach the barn, the door opens with a creak and the smell of hay and wood fills our noses. The usual log seats and haystacks are there and I walk over to it. "Raina and Jax are on firewood duty," I say and I watch as the two eyes each other. I smile and watch them put down their bags before leaving.

Thea stares for a bit longer before setting down her things. "Raina likes him for sure." Thea comments and I nod. "That's why I made them go together. Who knows, maybe they both have kinks for wood sex." I joke and she laughs.

I grab the bottle and she pulls out the plastic cups. We wait for the two, chatting to pass the time. After almost 15 minutes, they come back, and Thea winks at me before looking at the two. I glance and nearly laugh. They're both sweaty, and dirt clinging onto their clothes. They keep looking at each other, smiles playing on their lips. "So, that took a while." I start and Raina glances at me.

"Well yeah, because this is a field of nothing but wheat and corn," Raina responds and I nod towards the forest not too far away. "There's a forest literally 3 minutes from here." Raina opens and closes her mouth, not saying anything as she drops her pile. Jax drops his stack too and he pulls out his lighter and some paper.
