[ Oath ] Drum Koryu

"Is there any reason why you called me here?" You sat down on the grass, eyeing the boy suspiciously. "I missed my favorite show for this!"

"Yeah, it's so you join Victories!" His eyes practically sparkled. Cute. "We've known eachother for a month now soooo--"

"Rejected." You frown. "I'm not exactly looking for a team, sorry."

"Come on (Name)! It'll be a looot of fun!" Drum said, making exaggerated motions in the process.

"E-Ehh..? I'm not particularly fond of beyblade though." You scratched your cheek, unsure as how to respond to the boy. Breaking his heart was something you didn't want, despite how annoying he could get.

"You're not!?" His expression almost fell at this. He looked so baffled that you couldn't help but stiffle a giggle.

"You didn't know this?" Your lips curled downwards, of course he had missed such a vital piece of information.

"W-What? 'course I did!" Drum pouted. "I just really really want you to join Victories! You don't have to battle or anything!"

"Why go so far?" Your brow rose at this. "You could easily recruit just about anyone els--"

"Not!" He had cut you off, his expression becoming more serious. "It has to be you (Name), it can't be anyone else."

You were stunned by his declaration. Studying his expression a little, you noticed that his eyes flickered in a foreign way..what was that?

"M-Me..?" You pointed at yourself, almost dumbfounded. "But.. I already told you, I don't.." Your words were almost inaudible, but Drum had heard them, clearly. He simply chose to ignore them.

"So? I enjoy being with you, isn't that obvious?" Drum grinned, placing a hand on your shoulder. "I know that everyone in Victories will love you!"

What had been tying you down this whole time? That, you didn't know. You hated your own stubbornness. However, this time, for sure..

You knew that you wanted to be with Drum no matter what. He had made everything much more exciting and lively.

"Then..." You smiled earnestly, placing a hand to your chest. "I'll be your care Drum."

The boy's mouth had hung open, observing you with flushed cheeks. It was then, that he felt something else.

When did (Name) become so pretty to him?!

"D-Drum..?" You blinked, noticing that he had been staring at you for quite a bit.

"Y-Yes..!"

"Were you even listening..?" You facepalmed. "I said, I'll be joining Victories. Seriously, you're so weird.." The good kind; You thought.

"Seriously?!" He practically squealed, earning a chuckle from you. "That's great!"

"Yeah." You nodded. "I'm sure it'll be fun, as long as you're there!"

"Let's go, (Name)!" He had gotten ahold of your hand. "I can't wait to introduce everyone to you!"

"W-Wait..!" You cried out, but to no avail. Drum had already dragged you along with him.

But you knew that things would get more and more exciting with Drum and his friends around.
