It had been quiet for the past few days on the girls' end. For Hestia at least, Nadira never really talked much in the first place and Astrophel seemed more focused on Iker than Ghidorah these days. The sudden change bothers Ni, for what reason he didn't have a clue. Yes, He already knew how fond he was of her, but at the same time, he knew that he never actually tried to be concerned about others, not even his own brothers. With a grunting sound and a shake of his head, he pushed the small voice of worry to the back of his mind.

"Ni, is something wrong?" he heard his older brother asked sleepily.

It was the middle of the night, the volcano around them black as ever. Ni shook his head, silencing his emotions so his brother wouldn't try and ask any questions. Luckily, the central head just nodded and went back to sleep. A sigh escaped Ni's jaw whilst he looked up at the sky, the small voice of worry now loud in his mind, the worry only for Hestia.

"She'll be fine..." Ni muttered to himself, knowing she wasn't just some emotional wreck.

With the confidence that the fire alien was fine, the left head lowered himself and felt the warm volcanic rock that once was magma. The heat soothed and quieted his worries for the night while he fell into blissful sleep.

     "Time to get up!"

With an aggressive attempt of snapping at Kevin, Ni reluctantly woke up and inhaled deeply, taking in the scent of burnt ash. It was a smell he had gotten used to, and, in his opinion, it was better than Rodan's scent that used to inhabit their home.

"Sleep well Ni?" Ichi questioned from above him in a knowing tone, probably recalling when he had seen Ni awake the previous night.

Ni remained silent, the only gesture of response he made was an eye roll. He then opened his jaws wide to yawn, showing off his fangs.

"We're joining the girls on a hunt today, something Astrophel suggested" Ichi informed, Ni's eyes lighting up slightly with interest "She wanted her and her siblings to have the chance to enjoy the view' "

"YAY!!!!!!!!!!" Kevin cheered happily, causing one of their tails to wag madly.

Ni rolled his eyes at this as well before expanding their wings and flying out of their home. Ghidorah then began to make their way to the area they and the girls had agreed on meeting at, though this task wasn't easy with all the fog in the air. They only had found the girls because Ni had seen a large fire, something Hestia made no doubt.

     "We're here!" Kevin announced cheerfully.

Ni turned his head, trying to see where the girls were when he saw Hestia, her flame markings were glowing dimly but enough to be spotted. The sight made his heartache happily as he admired her beauty, only when looking at her face did he notice the worry and sadness on her face. It made him frown as he made the body walk over to her.

"Hey Hestia" Ni greeted, looking down at her, frowning more when she didn't answer "hey! you know I'm talking to you right bitch?" he growled, only angry because he was worried and because he didn't know how to be gentle.

"Yes, Ni I am aware of you talking to me" Hestia answered dryly, her face unreadable.

"We had come here to hunt with you but the fog seems to prevent us from doing so, do you know where your sisters are by any chance?" Ichi quired.

"They're out getting lunch with Iker"

"Iker? You mean the little fucker?" Ni asked in annoyance.

"Yes....him, just wait here until they come back" Hestia murmured, looking away from Ghidorah and out into the distance again.

The reason why she was acting like this was because of what had happened a few nights ago. Valka, their ruler, and commander had informed the girls that they wanted to see the humans on the surface again in exactly three weeks, not to mention how she had told them that she was planning to control Ghidorah when she and the other aliens arrived to control the humans for their own personal gain. Once receiving that message she and her sisters had argued about what to do. Yes, they knew that they would die if they didn't complete their task, but at the same time, they had befriended Iker and Ghidorah....they meant something to them, not to mention Mothra and Rodan. Nadira had suggested that they tell Ghidorah about Valka's plan but Hestia reminded her that if they informed Ghidorah about the plan then they would have to also tell them about they were supposed to betray him and...she didn't want to have to tell them that.

"Hestia..is something bothering you? You're never this fucking quiet you know" Ni nudged her shoulder slightly.

Hestia moved away from him, knowing he felt offended by that without looking "Just leave me alone Ni"

She heard a low growl and turned to see Ni glaring down at her.

"Leave you alone?! Bitch, I'm trying to help you, something I have never done for a fucker and you just say leave me alone!?" he snarled, one of his two tails lashing.

"I.Never.Asked.For.Your.Help." Hestia spat, her eyes flaming with anger though her heart was heavy with sadness "And why would you care anyway?! I'm just your lowly prisoner right?! Something you just own, property!"

"BUT YOU'RE NOT!" Ni roared, smoke leaving his jaws before he closed his eyes, wanting to calm down.

Hestia was taken aback by the outburst of anger and got up, hearing her sisters and knowing what was about to happen.
