When the sun shines no more (Ghidorah x Ocs)

Midnight surprise part 1

"Come on Hestia, get your lazy ass up"  Ni made the attempt to snap at Hestia but the other managed to move out the way, just as Ni suspected.

Though he didn't move out the way when Hestia whacked him but didn't insult him back.

"D-did w-we d-do s-s-something w-wrong?" Nadira stammered as she got up as well. 

Even with her seeing Ghidorah for a few weeks now, she didn't fully feel comfortable around them, more so Ni than the other two. Ichi wasn't so bad and Kevin was just like a small child, which was cute in her opinion. But it did startle her when they just flew into the cave in the middle of the night and woke the girls up.

"No! We just thought that you might've wanted to leave the cave for a bit, so do you?" Kevin smiled, making Nadira smile back just the slightest. 

"You guys are actually allowing us out the cave? ok, what's the catch, who's going to jump out and yell that this is a prank?" Hestia scoffed as she looked around the cave as far as her chains would allow her to.

"Believe me, this is no joke" Ichi stated as he and his brothers blasted off the chains with their gravity beams. "We trust you three enough to know not to betray us" he continued, staring right into Astrophel's eyes. 

Those two golden stars that shone brightly with kindness and warmth, they made him want to stare in them forever and never look away, because he knew that happiness was there, love was there, safety was there.

"Thank you" Astrophel spoke, bowing to them fully, wings on the ground on each of her sides, head almost touching the stone floor. 

Nadira quickly followed the suit after with Hestia reluctantly doing it last.

Three different emotions bloomed within Ghidorah from seeing this, pride, because they knew that they now ruled over these aliens. Adoration, due to the fact that they enjoyed this respect and lastly slight longing, this feeling ranging differently for each head. For Ni, though he had felt this more and more often with each passing day, it was to be closer to Hestia. Yes, he teased her and cursed at her, but in reality, he never actually meant any of it, he just wasn't the sappy kind or the hopeless romantic like Ichi. Ichi was the same, except he concealed his feelings within him and rarely displayed them. He had felt love before but it ended up being used against him. Ichi didn't want that to happen again, to feel the heartache, the betrayal. As for Kevin, he wasn't longing for any love or a serious relationship, just to become friends with Nadira. He enjoyed the flowery patterns on her scales and thought that she could become more open with his help.

"Ok ok, stop bowing, we can't waste all night with you three licking the floor" Ni deadpanned whilst lifting up Hestia's head with a tail. 

He watched with a grin as the female rolled her eyes and moved away from him, stretching. A soft growl left his jaws as he watched her stretched, going over every limb and muscle that was contained within her slim and lithe body.

"Something interesting to you brother Ni?" Ichi smirked at the left head, only to snicker as Ni turned away and muttered under his breath words that he had just barely heard. 

"Why so shy now? Speak up" Ichi pressed happily until he felt someone nudge him and looked down to see Astrophel looking at him with an amused expression. 

"I thought you wanted us to go out of the cave, not watch as you embarrass your brother" the eldest spoke, raising an eyebrow in amusement. 

Ichi swallowed as he watched her before nodding "Yes, we should get going" he said slowly, doing his best not to stammer and remained his composure.

Astrophel nodded and put the human on her back. 

"Can't we leave the little shit here?" Ni groaned as he watched. 

"We vowed to protect him Ni, of course not" Hestia stated before walking out of the entrance of the cave and taking flight, hovering in the air while she waited for the others.

Ni looked at her in the sky, watching as the moonlight made her fire markings seem to spark to life as she beat her wings against the air. It amazed him how something as stubborn and sarcastic as she could look incredible in the moonlight. It almost brought a genuine smile to his face.

Almost.

Hestia waited patiently while she hovered in the sky. She knew that Ni was watching her and because of that she decided to give him a small show while she waited, just to show off her talents. She blew fire into the air then bent the flames, making them spell out her name then turn into another marking on her neck. 

"Was that good enough of mighty Ni?" Hestia questioned in an exaggerating tone. 

Watching with her lavender eyes, she saw Ni roll his eyes and smirk slightly 

"It's good enough to make me reconsider trying to taste your blood".  

That answer drew a chuckle out of Hestia, which she tried to cover up with a cough. 

"Sure" Hestia hummed as she watched her sisters joining her in the sky. 

"It's been too longgggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg" Astrophel breathed while stars circled her body as if they were dancing, causing all three heads of Ghidorah to gawk and stare.

"It's rude to stare my kings" Hestia smirked, Ni growling at her in return though he wore an amused expression. 

Hestia chuckled and expanded her wings 

"So who's ready to go?!"
