"HEY LITTLE TRAIN WAIT FOR ME..."

We went back to the house and I was stuck in the middle of one of Zelda's rants. I sat at the kitchen table, resting my chin on my hands. Zelda sat in front of me with a stern expression."Do you realize how close you came to being sacrificed?" Zelda asked. My eyebrows etched together irritatingly. "I didn't think you would let me go through with the drawing." I said.
"Oh, so it's my fault that you decided to play a game of chicken with me in front of the entire coven. That's rich." Zelda comments. I see Hilda and Ambrose coming into the room. "Right, well, what's done is done. Let's just praise Satan. He decided to spare you both." Hilda said.
Zelda sighs. "Not entirely. Mary drew the lot of handmaiden." She said. Ambrose walks up behind me and places his hands on my shoulders giving it a playful squeeze. "Better to be the shepherd than the lamb." He comments.
I finally sat up straight. "Which means what, exactly? Aunt Zelda still hasn't told me." I said, looking up at Ambrose. "The lamb is the queen and the shepherd is the handmaiden." He said, giving me a wink.
"The queen's exaltation is the highest honor, so for the next three days while the coven fasts and prepares for the feast, the handmaiden must indulge the queen's every whim." Zelda explains. I hummed before scoffing. "Great, I'm supposed to spoil the girl that harrowed me and hates me." I said.
"Preferably with figs and wild berries to sweeten her meat before the feast." Ambrose makes chipmunk sounds making me gag. "That's not even remotely funny, Ambrose." I said.
He chuckles. "It is a little funny, admit it." He said. "Prudence getting her just desserts by literally becoming the dessert—I dig it." He said, laughing again. Suddenly I heard the doorbell ring. Who was here at this time of night?
Ambrose and I quickly get up from the table and run to the front door. He goes in front of me and opens the door, I quickly stopped seeing Prudence standing there at our porch. Prudence looked at Ambrose with a seductive smile. "Why, hello there." She says softly, walking straight into our home.
Ambrose's eyes followed her like he was in a trance. "Who might you be?" Ambrose asked with a smirk. I sighed before rubbing my temples. "I'm Queen of the Feast." She said confidently. Her eyes landed on me. I breathed out and she stood in front of me. She had a single large suitcase.
"Prudence." I spoke.
"Handmaiden. I assume my room's upstairs? I'm dying for a warm buttermilk bath. And a plate of macaroons." Prudence says, walking past me and trailing her painted fingernail across the curve of my chin. My eyebrows furrowed and I watched her walk up the stairs vivaciously. I sighed before looking over Ambrose.
His eyes were still own Prudence before she looked at me, he looked completely entranced at her. I rolled my eyes before following Prudence.

I made Prudence a buttermilk bath and gave her a plate of macaroons like she asked. It wasn't what I was imagining doing tonight. I kneeled beside her bathtub, rubbing her skin with a loofah. Her bathtub also had rose petals gingerly placed inside.
Candles were lit and placed around the room. Prudence hums before looking at me with a smirk. "You can do my back now." She says. She leans forward so I scoot up to reach towards her back. I began rubbing the loofah onto her skin.
"Tell me, Mary Rose, will this be your first time supping on witch flesh?" She spoke, turning her head to look at me. My head began to blur as her smirk widened. She suddenly leaned in really close to me and I slowly began to back away. "W-what?" I asked.
