Tamara's POV
It's the day before the trip and I am so excited. Jas forced me again for some last minute shopping and I was so exhausted from going to one shop to another from morning. I came and took a shower then a nap but Nina woke me up to drive her to the grocery store.
"You know Nina I think I'll buy you your own car"
"Tamara I don't get it. How can someone love to sleep so much?"
"You seriously don't know me then" she giggled and I continued driving.
We arrived ten minutes later. She took a cart and gave me to push it. I was following her around while she put what we needed.
"Noooooooo I don't want toooooooo" a little girl came running and giggling. She's so cute. She looks like a five year old like Cam. I smiled as she ran by me and almost tripped over her shoe laces. I caught her in time.
"Woah! Are you okay?" She nodded and looked down. Oh she's shy. "Hey it's okay my name is Tamara" she smiled a little but I could tell she was still a little scared. I fastened her laces tightly to make sure they stay like that. "Are you here with mommy?" She shook her head and I got worried. "Daddy? Or anyone?"
"I'm here with my older brother and little sister" she finally talked with her sweet little voice. Kids are adorable.
"Will yo-"
"Here she is!" Another little girl appeared and shouted to the brother I guess. She looks a little younger. Damn these kids are so cute. "Mika are you okay?" She looked at her sister then me.
"Hi I'm Tamara I was just helping her tie her shoe laces she almost fell"
"Tama-" Nina came from behind me. "Geez Tamara who are these beautiful kids?" I giggled and the little one laughed her eyes twinkling.
"I als-"
"Kayla, Mika you guys we hav-" Darin stopped and our eyes met. He's the brother? I thought he was an only child. "Tamara" he breathed.
"You know her?" Mika asked and he nodded. "She's really nice. Look she helped me tie my laces." I giggled a little.
"It was nice meeting you two cuties but I have to go now" I stood up.
"Wait. I have to introduce you to my little sisters. This is the older one Mika and this little troublemaker is Kayla." He said. I furrowed my eyebrows and then dragged him a little further from the others.
"I thought you were an only child" I whispered and he chuckled.
"Well not anymore" he smiled. Adopted? I looked at the girls and realised they look alike but not like Darin. Oh that makes sense.
"Your family adopted?" He nodded.
"My mother wanted a little girl but Mika refused to leave her sister behind so we took both of them."
"From where? An orphanage?" He nodded. "Oh" I looked over at Nina talking to the girls.
"I just wanted to spend time with them before we leave and get to know them too." Right. We're leaving tomorrow. I nodded.
"So you took them to a grocery store?" I laughed.
"No but we had to stop to get some milk." He showed me the carton. I looked at him confused. "Kyla loves milk so she was begging me for some on our way from the amusement park." I giggled
"I can imagine." I looked over again and they were giggling. "They are so cute." He chuckled and then we walked back to Nina and the girls. "Oh and by the way this is Nina, you finally get to see her in person." One time Darin decided to facetime me and saw Nina next to me.
