"Hey honey, are you coming to visit today?" My mom asked.
I gulped.
"Um, there's something I haven't mentioned." I spoke, eyeing Harry.
He was playing with my hand in his, but he looked up at me when he heard me speak.
"What's wrong, Y/N? Don't scare me." My mother replied, concerned.
"I um. It's just that I've decided to move to wherever Harry is."
"What? Y/N, what are talking about? Have you given this idea some thought? Don't tell me you're already there. Oh my, you're already there. Why didn't you talk to me about this first? I'm not sure if we can afford you going around the world with your boyfriend. What about your studies? Are you quitting university?"
I looked at Harry the whole time she talked.
"No, I'm not. I'll keep on studying, but this is really important for me, Mom. Please understand me." I told her, avoiding Harry's look because of what I was going to say next.
"I really love him." I whispered, looking out the window.
We both stayed silent.
"If you really love him, then go ahead. I just want you sure of what your doing. But you can't live off him. The money we usually give you for your expenses will now go to Harry, understand? If that's not enough, I'm sorry but you'll have to work. I know you don't like studying and working at the same time but if Harry has to pay everything for you, you'll have to do it."
"Mom, I can't believe this. I'm really happy. I'll go visit as soon as I can." I smiled.
"As soon as we can." Harry said into my phone.
I smiled at him before we said goodbye to my mom.
I yawned as I cuddled up to him, resting my head on his chest.
"We're almost home." He whispered, before kissing my forehead.
The jet lag was driving me crazy and soon my eyelids grew heavier and just like that, I dozed off surrounded by nothing but him.The next time I awoke, I was in a bed. I looked to my side to find Harry fast asleep.
"Harry."
He instantly opened his eyes, thinking something was wrong.
I caressed his cheek, calming him.
"Finally home." He smiled.
"I wouldn't mind calling this home." I said, looking around his room.
"Then it's settled." He replied, pecking my lips.
Harry's phone interrupted us. He rolled his eyes and picked it up.
"I've been busy." He spoke, his eyes concentrating on mine.
"No big fuss, I can go tomorrow. Yeah. Fine, okay. See tomorrow then. Bye." He hung up and tackled me.
"Who was it?" I asked.
"Let's just say I ditched going to the studio to pick you up at the airport." He said, laying beside me and pulling me closer to him.
"You shouldn't have done that. The boys were probably counting on you to be there." I scolded.
"We'll go tomorrow. That way you can be there when I sing." He planned, playing with my hair.
"Okay, just as long as you don't get into any more trouble."
"I don't feel like going to tonight's concert anymore." He sighed.
"I'll be here waiting for you. And we won't even have to Skype this time." I giggled.Harry left a few hours later to go to the concert. I wanted to go with him, but he insisted that I had to rest and I would see the boys the following morning anyway. I felt lonely at his house. I was always used to having someone around and now I was all alone in Harry's bed. It didn't take long for me to fall asleep again.
I woke up again at midnight. I yawned and got up to make myself some tea. Harry would be home soon anyway. After searching for a mug and teabags, I leaned against the counter to wake myself up a bit.
I felt horrible. I was still tired but I had slept almost the whole day. Maybe that's why Harry didn't let me go with him. He knew I would feel like this.
I breathed out closing my eyes, hoping that would make me feel any better. I heard a car engine approaching, followed by keys jingling. I peeked at the door to see Harry opening it.
"Hi! What are you doing up so late? I thought you would be all cuddled up in bed." He chuckled as he came to peck my lips.
"I slept all day. And I still feel horrible." I said into his chest as he held me.
"It's normal. Have you eaten anything?" He asked, as I pulled away.
I shook my head.
I didn't eat, afraid to throw up.
"You've got to, babe. It's been a long flight and I suppose you're hungry."
"I don't want to puke."
"You won't, I promise." He smiled.
"I'm making tea. Want a mug?"
"Sure. But you need to eat. At least toast or something." He insisted.
I nodded, as he helped me prepare everything.
"Let's have this in bed?" He suggested, resting his head on my shoulder once we had finished.
We drank tea in bed at midnight, side by side.
"I need a shower." Harry said, getting up.
"No, please. Don't leave. Shower tomorrow morning. We'll get up extra early. Just stay with me." I said, holding onto his arm to keep him from leaving.
"Ahh, fine." He gave up, getting back into bed.
I cuddled up to him and set up an alarm for the next day. We talked about nothing and everything until we fell asleep in each other's arms. The soft sound of waves woke us up.
"That is not something I'm used to hearing when I'm here in London." He chuckled.
"Good morning." I yawned.
"I really need to shower now. Don't keep me." He said, quickly dashing for the shower.
"I'll make breakfast!" I called out.Cleaned up, dressed and fed, we headed towards the studio.
"I think at this point, since we are living together and I'm taking you with me on tour, the next person that asks if you're my girlfriend will get an answer." He smiled, just as we got on the road.
"Really? We're official now? Thank you. It's good to know that you want me for a long time."
"Forever, if possible." He replied cheekily.
We enjoyed the silence the rest of the way, singing a few lines from time to time. But it got me thinking. I was excited to see the boys, but before we had to face another thing I wasn't too excited about.
