"We've always had our little fights, we were practically sisters. Our families were very close. Y/N and I went through everything together. From preschool to university." She spoke.
"Wow. You must know every detail about each other. Tell me, how was it that you both chose to do the same classes and even get to attend the same university?" The interviewer asked.
"Well, I'll eventually have to look after my parents' business, so I knew I was gonna study something in that sector. But Y/N, I guess she tagged along. She didn't have many other friends. Don't get me wrong, Y/N is a great student. She could have studied anything she wanted. But I guess she just sort of went with the flow." Lexi shrugged.
"So what's the deal between you two now?" The interviewer questioned, ignoring her little introduction.
"I've been trying to contact her multiple times and nothing seems to work. They just shoo me off and I can't speak to my best friend. It irritates me because like a month agoo we were the best of friends and now she can't give me a minute of her time." She whined.
I could even notice some fake teary eyes. Damn. She was good at this.
"We're so happy you're here in England. What's the cause of your visit?" The interviewer was trying to change the subject.
I was surprised she didn't go on, everyone loves drama.
"I came to get my best friend back. Oh and to check the market. My parents are thinking of investing here, maybe opening a company here. I don't know, we have to look into it. But if you're interested, stay tuned!" She exclaimed, with the biggest smile.
Couldn't people notice how fake she was? I heard the door slam as footseps approached me.
"Harry." I sighed, running into his arms.
"Why do they let her do this to you? I'm so upset right now. She's describing someone you're not. And you were the one that wanted to study business in the first place. She just tagged along because she didn't want to work. It's not like she's passing university so far." Harry huffed into our hug.
"I don't care what she says about me. I just really needed you. I'm so glad you're back." I said into his chest.
"I'm right here. And I won't leave, I promise." He kissed my forehead.
He walked us to the couch, turning off the television.
"We don't need any more of this." Harry defended.
We cuddled in silence.
"Where's Mike?" Harry asked after a while.
"He went to talk to security." I replied.
"What for?" He questioned, my answer not being enough.
I explained the whole story but he got even more upset.
"I'm gonna talk to whoever I've got to talk to, whatever it takes, to make this girl stop. There's a limit for everything and I've had enough." Harry paced back and forth.
"She won't stop. She never stops until she gets what she wants." I sighed.
"Why is she so spoiled? And how do people even like her?" Harry asked rhetorically.
A notification on my phone caught our attention. Harry sat next to me. Things had gotten out of hand.
"It's just an email from the university." I clarified, opening the message.
"Why are they talking to you at this time?"
Harry looked at the clock. It was 1 AM.
"The time difference." I shrugged.
I concentrated on the text, but as soon as I read it I wish I hadn't.

"What's wrong?" Harry asked by the look on my face.
"I have to go back to London." I whined.
"How come?" Harry worried.
"I thought I could take my finals like my midterms. But I guess they're in person and not online." I sighed.
"Can't we fix this? You're on the road. They should know that." Harry tried.
"I can't. I have to be there." I responded, shaking my head.
"When do you start finals?" He said lowly.
"Next week." I felt a knot in my throat as the words came out of my mouth.
My vision was getting blurry. All I could do was look at him. He was sitting with his head in his hands, staring at the floor. When he looked up at me, he noticed the first few tears. He lightly brushed the tears away.
"No, don't cry. We'll get through this. Next week, I'll be in Ireland and after we have a break before going to America. So I'll join you at the end of next week. Don't worry. It's not as bad as it seems." He reassured.
"I didn't think we would have to separate again." I sniffled.
"I know. It won't be easy, but we've done this before. And in no time we'll be together again." He nodded.
"Can we go to bed? I wanna sleep next to you as much as I can." I pouted, resting my head on his shoulder.
