Hostage

"Jacob!!!" Sally says laughing.
"Come back!" Jacob laughs chasing after Sally.
"Catch me!" I say giggling.
I finally catch up to her grabbing onto her hand.
"Caught you." Jacob says smiling while Sally's hand was in his.
"Yeah you did." I say trying to look away from blushing.
Jacob smiles at me letting go of my hand.
"Hey you two!" A evil one says approaching us.
"Beat it." Sally says getting in front of me.
"Ooh feisty maybe I'll kill you last after I kill your little boyfriend first." He says approaching us.
"Want to know a magic trick Jacob?!" I say smiling at him.
"Oh uh-
But before I could respond Sally grabs my hands into hers pulling me close to her.
A bright white light starts to appear around us. I look around noticing the light was burning the evil one. I close my eyes with Sally and hold her close to me. I felt her use my energy to help her protect us.

I slowly open my eyes and see Sally smiling at me.
"He's gone." She says looking at me.
"Yeah." I start to think about Crystal and how much I missed her. I pull my hands away from Sally and I knew she knew why I did.
"Let's head back." I say turning around and heading back to where me and Sally were staying.
*with Crystal*
"Crystal." I hear someone say my name.
I wake up and see Jason standing next to me.
I roll over and put a pillow on top of my face.
"Crystal are you okay?" Jason says moving the pillow.
I then notice her eyes were both red again.
"Crystal your eyes." I say concerned.
"I don't care. Get out!!" I yell at him.
"Cryst-
"Get out!" I yell as flames appear around me.
Jason jumps back with fear in his eyes.
"I'm sorry. Jason I don't know what's happening to me." I say scared.
"It's okay." Jason says approaching me and putting his arms around me.
He hugs me tightly but before I knew it I felt very dizzy.
He stops hugging me and looks at me.
"Crystal I'm sorry." Jason says.
"You jer-
But everything went black and that's the last thing I remember.
A couple hours go by and I finally start to wake up.
My vision was blurry and I could barely see anything. I didn't know where I was or what was happening I just remember Jason apologizing.
I felt myself on a bed. I gently sit up getting my vision back. I look around and see Jason on the other side of the glass.
"Jason?" I say confused as to why he was doing this.
"Crystal I'm sorry you are going to hurt someone you can't control this anymore it's getting out of control!" Jason says worried about me.
"Jason you can't keep me down here locked up like a prisoner!" I say standing up approaching the glass.
"Crystal calm down it's only until your better." Jason says trying to comfort me.
"And when's that?! A day from now? A month? A year?! Let me out!!" I say shouting.
"If that's what it takes then yes. Crystal I love you but this is safer for you." He replies putting his hand on the glass spelling it shut.
"Jason! You can't leave me here!" I say starting to pound on the glass.
"I'll be back tomorrow. I'm sorry." He says turning around and walking off.
"Ahh!!!" I scream trying to break out of the glass but nothing was working.
"Please come back." I say falling down to the ground. I wrap my arms around my legs as tears fall down my face.
A day went flying by and Jason did what he said and he visited me again.
"Crystal I'm back." Jason says coming downstairs seeing me with my back facing him.
"Crystal please don't do this I'm just trying to help you." Jason replies but I couldn't say anything to him because I had nothing to say to him anymore.
"Look I brought you food." He says teleporting the food into the glass.
I look at the food and slowly go to it. I grab the food and stand up with it. I face Jason and turn the bag upside down as the food falls to the ground spilling everywhere.
"Crystal that was supposed to last today until tomorrow." Jason says frustrated.
"This is what I'm going to do to you when I get out." I say as pink flames start to appear around me and lights up the entire glass room that I was in.
"I'm going to watch you burn." I say as two swords appear in my hand.
He just looks at me and leaves the room after that.
"Ahhh!!!" I scream. I was hurt inside from what he was doing. I didn't understand how he went to caring to putting me into a glass cage like a animal. Little did I know I wasn't getting out anytime soon. I fall onto the ground crying wondering where my life has gotten so bad that I ended up in a glass cage. Then I realized it was all because of Jason coming in my life. He ruined everything. I hate him.
Days went by and I was still in the glass room.
Jason came everyday bringing me food, clothes, and he would talk about everything that was happening outside. He told me that he made a cover story until I was better so no one asked questions to where I was. I didn't have a choice but to listen because after he was gone I was alone in my silence. The thing that kept me going through it all was thinking of Jacob. I would think of things that he might be doing right at the moment and I pictured him happier. I sometimes pictured him just walking in and scooping me away from this dreadful place I knew it would never happen but it helped me get my mind off of the silence.
But everyday I was just loosing myself everyday. I think Jason meant the best intentions trying to help me but I don't think he understood that everyday I was loosing myself in here. I was breaking.
After a month went by Jason didn't come as often anymore because of the responsibility that he had. What we were supposed to have together but I was stuck down here. He got me a refrigerator that he put down here with a months worth of food. I knew that when he did that it meant I wasn't leaving anytime soon.
I had breakdowns mostly everyday.
I would wake up from nightmares and the whole room would be on fire.
Sometimes I wouldn't get out of bed I would just lay there for hours as I drifted away in my dreams. That was my safe place.
