Good Boy~

June POV:

After school is finished, I waved goodbye to Alex and head back to my apartment. 

I was really tired after the school day, so I decided to take a short nap and rest. 

Two hours later~

My phone notifications going off wake me up from my sleep. I check the screen and feel my heart drop to my stomach.

SHIT I FORGOT! MIA'S NOT GONNA LET ME OFF THIS TIME.

I jump out of bed and search for a change of clothes. 

No time for a shower. 

I double check to make sure I look presentable and make my way to Mia's place.

At Mia's house~

I knock on the door and pray that Mia isn't too angry with me.

The door opens roughly and I'm pulled inside. 

"WHAT TOOK YOU SO GODDAMN LONG? I'VE BEEN WAITING HERE FOR 2 HOURS." Mia shouted. 

"I-i'm sorry Mia! I was really tired after school, so I took a nap-"

"UGH YOU ARE ALWAYS MAKING EXCUSES JUNE. YOU PROMISED TO HELP ME STUDY FOR MY TEST! IF I FAIL IT'S GONNA BE ALL YOUR FAULT."

"Why are you getting so u-upset? We still have time to study..."

"Oh here we go."

"What?"

"Now it's my fault for getting upset? It always ends up with me being the bad guy! I'm never good enough. I'm just the worst girlfriend ever, right?!" Mia said firmly as tears began to brim her eyes.

It pained me to see her cry.

"H-hey....don't cry. You're not a bad girlfriend okay? It's my fault, I should have managed my time better. I'm sorry, babe." I walked up to her and wiped the tears off her face. I pulled her into an embrace. She hesitated before hugging me back.

"Don't ever do that again, June. I swear you'll regret it." 

Her words sent chills down my spine. 

I don't want what happened that day to happen again...

"I promise, Mia. I'll be good for you."

After that I stayed and helped Mia study. I ended up spending the night.
