a day at the beach

Lena's: POV
The girls and l are heading to the beach. For the day.
After stopping at the deli to get a few cold sandwiches, water
Salads. And some fruit. We all had our swim suits on,
I made sure to packed our huge blanket l brought at Wal-Mart
A couple of days ago. The food l got is in the cooler, the girls have boogie boards in the trunk of the car.
Channing and Amar'e are sitting in the back seat looking out the window, we have to drive a hour away. According to my GPS navigation. The weather is calling for another hot day, we pulled up to the beach. And parked, channing help unload the car
Amar'e is standing along the van looking around. Amar'e can you come
And help me and your sister out
Lena asked her daughter. But mommy you already have channing helping
Amar'e says, young lady don't get tested with me. Your lucky l didn't change my mind about bringing you and your sister here, keep I'll cancel your birthday party. And you will have nothing, do I make myself clear
Lena said to her youngest
Yes ma'am Amar'e replies
She carries the cooler, as they walked down on the board walk of the beach
Lena's has the blanket in her arms
Channing has the boggie boards
Lena finds a spot near the tree
She opens up the big throw blanket
And lays out on the sand. Lena unfolds her beach chair, channing and Amar'e are putting on their sunscreen. Lena puts on her sun glasses, to keep the sun of her eyes

Stef's: POV
Stef and Frankie are already at the beach. Frankie's making a sandcastle
We have been out here since 9:00 am
I managed to get the whole house clean. And finished washing the three loads of laundry, l ironed mines and Frankie's clothes for next week
I lean back in my long beach chair
And read my book. I got my beach hat on, along with my sun glasses.
I have decided to wear my one piece bathing suit. Frankie has hers on as well.
I look up and see Frankie playing with two older girls who look to be about
Nine or ten years old. Both of them
Have blonde and black curly hair
One is tall and the. And the other is
Short, they have on two piece bikini's
Frankie is always making friends everywhere we go. Aunt Stef come meet my new friends, Frankie says
I lay my book down and walk over
What is Francesca. Stef says to her niece, Auntie this is Amar'e and Channing. There twins. Frankie replies, it's a pleasure to meet you both. And you two are gorgeous
Stef replied, I'm Stef Frankie's aunt
Stef Shakes each girls hand. Are you too here alone Stef asks Channing and Amar'e. No our mommy is over there
