Lena's: POV
After a long shift at the hospital
Lena came home changed out of her uniform. And put on some shorts and spa bra, she headed downstairs to workout. For a few hours, Lena turned on the music and got on the treadmill, she started off going in a slow pace. Then Lena speeded up
She begin jogging, Lena had a lot of pend up sexual frustration. It's been four weeks since her and Stef made love last, Lena knows they're have opportunity over the weekend  to reconnect. Lena slowed down a little
Sweat was dripping from her forehead, Lena wiped it with a towel
After she was through using the treadmill. She got on the exercise bike
Lena peddle faster, breathing in and out. This was Lena's favorite thing to do, Lena doesn't know how long she stayed on the bike. Once she was done
Lena got off, and went over to the mini fridge to get a bottle of water
Lena didn't realize how thirsty she was. Lena drunk the whole thing
Lena decided she was finished with her workout. So Lena headed upstairs to shower, and get ready for another long day at work. Monday's always seemed longer than  the rest of the other days, today was a good day
Lena had lunch with Stef. That seemed to put a smile on her face

Home, when she enter her residence
She didn't notice the note on the refrigerator door. That was left
When Lena got to her bedroom
She took off her sneakers and socks
And went into the bathroom to run the shower, Lena removed her shorts
Along with her sports bra. She put everything into the hamper
Lena stepped inside the shower
Feeling the sprayer hitting her aching muscles. Lena washed her hair

Stef's: POV
Stef was drinking a glass of wine
Out on the deck. After a long day at the University, she had to admit having lunch with Lena. Ease her mood a bit, Stef was able to finish up grading papers once she returned to her office. Frankie was upstairs taking a shower, Stef made a lovely meal for dinner. Cleaned up the kitchen
Stef was enjoying the peace and quiet
She couldn't wait for the weekend to come, her and Lena were going to the grand over resort. For some alone time together, it was something about Lena that draw her in. Stef found herself thinking about her constantly
