Lena's: POV
Lena just got home from working another ten hour shift at the hospital
She got changed out of her scrubs
And put on a pair of shorts and spots bra. Lena went down to her huge basement, where she had a separate
Room for her workout equipment
She turn on the lights. Lena put in her ear plugs, and turned on the iPod to some work out music, Lena got on the treadmill. And started walking slowly
She wanted to start slow, before speeding up the pace. Lena went at it for twenty minutes, then Lena up speed. Lena begins jogging, Lena feels the sweat trickle down her forehead
She stayed on the treadmill for an hour. Lena slowed down. And began
Walking, this was the cool down period. Lena grabbed a towel and wiped her face, Lena went over to the small refrigerator and grab a bottle of water. Open it and drunk it,
Lena went over to the trash and empty it, Lena sat on the work bench
Lena laid back lifting the weight up and down. She did three sets of ten

Stef's POV
Stef's in the kitchen trying to make
Spaghetti and meatballs. For dinner
Frankie was upstairs doing homework, Stef hasn't said a word to jenna all afternoon. Stef was fed up with Jenna's meddling in her love  life, Stef decided to not talked
Jenna for a while. Sometimes jenna was bit much, at times. more than Stef
Could stay. Stef was looking forward to seeing Lena on Friday for their date
Stef heard her house phone ring
