"What do you think I should wear?"
Jennie and her members are helping her find the perfect outfit for her date night with her husband in their penthouse. Every month, Yoongi and Jennie plan a fake date night to send pictures to their families, making sure that they are satisfied with the content that they send every month.
At times where Yoongi and Jennie cannot be in the same place together due to concerts and other activities and projects, they end up face timing each other and screenshotting pictures of them smiling as if they're happy to see each other and send those said pictures to their families.
"I think you should wear the red one," Chaeyoung suggests and points at the red dress that Jennie is holding in her left hand.
Lisa argues and shakes her head, "The white one looks better, it compliments her skin and make-up."
Dressing up nicely is one of the things that Jennie one of the only things that she likes about having her date nights with her husband. The other thing is food and eating the said food.
While Chaeyoung and Lisa argue about which dress is better for Jennie to wear, Jisoo just walked out of her member's walk-in closet and brought out a black Gucci dress that has been tucked away from her closet — she was planning on wearing it to her divorce party but she couldn't tell her members that.
"How about this one?" Jisoo asks and raises the said black dress.
The dress is made of silk with only a small pinch of glitter to make it pop. The design is simple and elegant but enough to catch an eye.
Lisa and Chaeyoung immediately stop fighting and crowd around Jisoo with the black dress.
"Woah!" Chaeyoung's eyes widen. "Where did you get this? It's so pretty!"
Lisa stayed silent, watching the dress in awe and admiration, even gently touching the fabric to make sure that it is real.
The oldest member gives the dress to Jennie as she places the other dresses down on her bed. Holding it by the hanger, she places it in front of her as she shows the dress off to her members.
"What do you think?" She asks them.
"Yoongi sunbaenim is going to love it!" Lisa exclaimed, even clapping her hands a bit.
Jennie couldn't help but chuckle at the maknae's words. "I'm not doing this for him, Lisa, we've done this multiple times before and nothing is going to change."
The members fell silent because of this. They might know how Yoongi and their member's relationship stands or how it goes but they know that their situation is pretty sad to think about even if the wedded couple doesn't admit themselves.
