** Fannie's POV **
"Hindi ka ba pagod sa byahe?" Jolo asked as soon as Sasha was inside the campus.
I am sitting in the back of his car, smelling his familiar scent waft through the breeze of the airconditioning.
"Medyo antok lang," I answered.
I know I still have an accent, and he usually teases me about it. But now, he didn't even make a reaction.
He was silent for a few seconds, probably thinking of what he's going to say next.
"Magpahinga ka na muna, ihahatid kita kanila Axl," he said, stepping on the gas pedal and driving away from Sasha's school.
"I thought we were gonna talk?" I asked.
"Wala na naman akong ibang sasabihin sa 'yo, bukod sa may girlfriend na 'ko," he answered a little too bluntly.
"I know. You kissed her right in front of me," I whispered, feeling my lips tremble.
I had no idea that he's already seeing someone else.
While I was miserable on my own and missing him terribly, I had no idea that he already moved on and found someone new.
I thought he would wait for me, like he promised.
But I guess he really just couldn't.
He looked at me through the rearview mirror, but just like earlier, his face was expressionless.
I miss him so badly.
I miss the Jolo who would quickly crack a joke to make me laugh, whenever he sees that I'm not feeling well.
I miss the Jolo who would open the passenger door, and buckle my seatbelt for me.
I miss the Jolo who would eat fries from my hands and tell me that they taste better because my skin touched them.
I miss my Jolo.
"Bakit parang ikaw pa 'yong galit? Parang kasalanan ko pa na may nagkagusto sa 'kin no'ng wala ka," he whispered.
I was speechless.
I didn't know what to say.
I'm not used to being treated like this. Especially by him.
