A Unforgettable Trip: Chapter 19: The Bad Wreck

10:00AM

It was late morning & you woke up in a hotel bedroom with Emily sleeping in the other bed holding onto Ashley who was fast asleep.
You got up & got in the shower just to be startled by Emily coming in to use the toilet.

"Holy shit! Sorry! Sorry! I didn't know you were in here! Damn you scared me." Emily says. "While you scared me! What are you doing?" You ask. "I'm using the toilet if you don't mind." Emily says. "No I don't mind. Well I'm not gonna tell you what I'm doing because you already know."
You say as Emily nods & sits on the toilet.
Once Emily leaves the bathroom you get out of the shower with your hair all wet & soggy & your body fully exposed. You grabbed your clothes from inside the bathroom & slipped them on. Then you blew dry your hair & then went into the other room to see what Emily was doing.

"Hey Emily I'm done. What you doing?" You ask. "Getting dressed. Can you wake up Ashley?"
Emily asks as she puts her shirt on.
"Yeah sure. I heard downstairs that their serving panacakes this morning want any?"
You ask as you calmly shake Ashley a little bit making her wake up.
"Heck yes I want panacakes! See you downstairs!" Emily shouts as she quickly puts her jeans on & runs out of the hotel room going down to where they're serving panacakes.

Once you get down their with Ashley in your arms you smell the panacakes & grab a few & sit down with Emily who was really eating like a crazy person.
While you ate with Ashley in your lap you grabbed your phone & saw you had 3 missed calls.
One from Adam, one from your Mom, & one from Emily surprisedly.

"Hey Emily you wanna explain to me why you called me?" You say. "Oh I was trying to figure out where the keys were to my car because I forgot something in it & I found them their now back on your nightstand in the room upstairs if you were wondering where they were at."
Emily says as you nod.
"Here can you hold Ashley for a little bit I gotta go answer a couple calls in the room I'll be right back." You say as you set Ashley down in Emily's lap. "Hey before you go back up their can I have the rest of your panacakes?"

Emily asks as you nod & walk upstairs to the room.
Once you enter the room the door locks automatically by it's self & you sit down on the edge of the bed & answer the call from Adam.

*Ring...Ring...*

"Hello?" Adam says through the phone. "Hey Adam why did you call me?" You ask. "Oh I called because I wanted to talk to you about you leaving your ring & your Lamborghini behind in Brooklyn. Are you free to talk about it?" Adam asks. "Yeah I'm free. First I left the ring their because I didn't need it anymore & when I saw Joanne with her own ring on her finger that made me upset because I'm not your true wife. & 2nd of all I left the car their because that thing is super quick & I didn't wanna be crowded by a bunch of people who are just crowding me because of the car. I didn't want that." You say as you hear Adam sigh through the phone. "Ok I don't care about the car just about the ring. Harmony you are my wife & you still are." Adam says. "No. Not if there's a ring on my finger. & if the first person you married was Joanne. I can't handle with this right now I gotta call my Mom bye Adam."
You say as you hang up on Adam not even letting him say anything else. 
Now it was time to see why your Mom called you.

*Ring...Ring...*

"Hello?" Emma says through the phone. "Hi Mom. Why did you call me?" You ask. "Oh I called to see if you were on your way back with your baby." Emma says. "I am Mom. I'm at a hotel right now with Emily & the baby." You say. "Wait Emily is with you?" Emma says. "Yeah. Anyways I will be home probably by midnight tonight I can't wait to come home & see you." You say. "I can't wait either. Well I'll let you go sweetheart love you. Bye." Emma says. "Bye."

You say & then you hang up & head back downstairs to where Ashley & Emily were.

Once you grab them & get them & yourself back in the car you drive for another 4 hours until traffic happens on the highway.

"Oh come on! Traffic! Seriously!" Emily says as you just sigh. "There's probably a wreck up here somewhere that's probably why the traffic is like this." You say. "Yup their definitely is. Look out your window Harmony."
Emily says as she points you to where the accident is.

Their was a box truck that was on fire & firefighters were their fighting the flame while the paramedics threw blankets over people on stretchers.
"Oh my god. These people just died... They didn't deserve this."
You say as Emily sighs heavily.
"Bad things happen sometimes. Just focus on the road Harmony & we won't end up like those people."
Emily says as you nod & move with the other cars that are stuck in traffic.

Once you get off of the highway & away from the traffic you drive down a small town with very few houses & very little people then you drive away from the small town & you end up on the highway again but this time the cars were actually moving at a good enough speed. That was good that meant that their were no accidents around to cause traffic but their was about to be a very tragic accident.

You were driving normally on the highway until you spotted a mini van coming straight towards you at high speeds not stopping. & the last thing you heard were the screams of Emily & Ashley then everything went silent & everything around you went black.

By the time you woke up you looked around to see you were on the road of the highway covered in scars & blood you looked around more & saw the front of the truck was completely destroyed. You were ejected from your seat. You looked once more & saw Emily in blood shaking & holding on tight to Ashley who was crying loudly. Thank god they were alive but you didn't know if you were gonna make it. Cops & paramedics surrounded you in seconds & before you knew it you were in an Ambulance being rushed to the ER.

Emily & Ashley were with you but you didn't know that the only thing you knew was that you were in an Ambulance being taken to the hospital.
