Rubina:: till you bring back my daughter in law I don't want you to call me Maa
A:: Ammi, what happened? Why are you so angry?
Rubina:: I was dying here, and you still didn't ask your wife to come back? I want my daughter in law with me in case I die. I want to touch her belly at least and feel my grandson. Ayaan, can you not do this much for me?
A:: Maa, please don't talk like this.... why won't you see your grandson?
Rubina:: Ayaan, I don't know anything. I want her back here with me, or else I'm going to Delhi today, and I can die in my own house
A:: Ammi, please stop talking like this. Abbu, please say something
Abbu:: Ayaan, your Ammi is not wrong.. why can't you ask her to come now?
A:: she was worried about Maa and had high blood pressure, so she got sick and she was in the hospital

Rubina:: I want to talk to her now, please
A:: okay okay, let me text her if she is awake
Ayaan texted her asking her if she is awake coz his mom wants to talk; she calls back right away
Rubina:: Meher what happened beta you were not well
M:: no, no, Ammi, nothing like that, just a little stress. Please don't get worried. I'm excellent. How are you feeling now?
Rubina:: I don't know beta ji how long I'm going to live. Who knows if I will be able to see you again or not
M:: Ammi, what are you saying? You still have to play with your grandson
Rubina:: then Beta, come back here, and you can take care of me, or else I told Ayaan I'm going to stay in Delhi and who cares if I die there then let that be
M:: Ammi, please don't talk like this, we will talk about this later now you take rest and don't talk about all this.

Ayaan's mom purposely didn't tell anyone that she knows everything; she is hurt knowing what Ayaan did and knows Simi is not the right girl for her. She also wanted Ayaan to realize his mistake and being Meher back. She thanked God for the heart attack. Now she can use this as a trump card; no matter what, Ayaan loved his parents to death. Rubina was indeed sick, and she was under observation. Ayaan got worried, and he didn't want to lose his mother, and now he has to find a way to bring Meher back even if he has to lie and pretend that he has nothing to do with Simi. But of course, he didn't want to lose Simi too. Ayaan suddenly became a very selfish person totally out of his character; he couldn't think of anything or anyone beyond Simi. There was no way he could lose her, but of course, he couldn't lose his mother or hurt his family. Right now, he wasn't thinking about Meher; neither he thought about his child; somehow, he just wanted to claim the child. Still, he just had no feelings or emotions. He knew that's his blood, so he needs to be here as if the unborn child was his property. Meher has no right over him because she is just the caretaker. Right now, Ayaan didn't think of Meher as a woman, or even as a human, and she was more like a liability in his life because of her. He cannot move on now.
Later Ayaan calls Meher, and she answers the phone right away Coz she thought it's about her mother in law.
A:: hey, how are you feeling?
M:: I'm fine. How's Ammi doing?
A:: she is okay, still under observation
M:: oh God!! I hope and pray she gets better soon. I want her to get well. I don't know why she doesn't take care of herself
A:: Meher Ammi wants to see you. She wants to be with you. She feels she is going to die without seeing you.
M:: Ayaan, I'm not coming back; you know that
A:: Meher, what's wrong with you? Why are you being so stubborn? Don't forget that's my child too
M:: you make me laugh.... whenever you feel you can claim something, you don't wait; you just right away jump on it. So now you are going to teach me about rights?
A:: you can't deny the fact I am the father
M:: why you want me to deny the truth?
A:: Meher, I don't want to argue about this. My mother is not well, and she wants to be with you.
M:: it's always about I Me My Mine for you. It's still what you want, what you need. You should be happy that I gave you the option to say anything you want to your parents. You can call me a bitch and finish it off. Please don't drag me in this anyway. You are going to divorce me soon. I have the baby, so why do the drama? I don't want to be a part of your drama and hurt some innocent people more.
A:: I'm not doing any drama. I'm asking you to come because you are still my wife and my mom is not well. About the baby, he is my baby too, and I have the absolute right to him. If needed, I will fight for my rights.
(Meher just lost it now, and for the first time, she put him in his place)
M:: you will fight? Fight with who? Me. Ayaan Khan, do you even know who I am? It seems like you live in that bubble of your celebrity world, and you think just because young girls are crazy for you, the whole world is yours. Common, stop being so childish. I married you because I felt you would keep me happy that doesn't mean I forgot who I am or what I can do.
