Chapter 21. World ending around me.

Beth's POV

It's been a long time since I've saw the group. Last time was at the prison.

I'm at this hospital in Atlanta. It's safe. I have a cast on cause I broke my wrist.

I just got done cleaning a room. I sat down on the bed and put a pair of scissors in my cast. I knew I was going to leave today so they were for safety.

I walked out of the room and saw Dawn. She gave me a fake smile and walked away. Oh I can't wait to leave.

Paige's POV

We have been in a building across from a hospital for almost a day watching them. Beth is in there and we are going to get her back today. We have someone of there's so we are going to do a trade.

" We don't have much time left. We have to move in soon." Rick said and I nodded. He gave me a machine gun and I nodded.

We all walked out of the building and I had a walkie-talkie.

"Paige. Come in Paige." It was Maggie.

" Hey Mags!" I said and she laughed.

" Hey, we're almost there." She said and I can here the static.

" Alright, be careful. Love you." I said. Me and Maggie have been getting really close lately, so we act like sisters.

" Love you too." She said.

I put it back in my bag an ran up to Carl.

" Hey babe. " He said and out his arm around me.

" Hey." I said and kissed him on the cheek.

"What's up."

" I just can't wait to get Beth back." I said and he nodded.m

" We're all excited." He said and I smiled.

We walk up to the gate of the hospital and we all stop.

" Okay I want Paige and Carl to stay out here and wait for the rest of the group." Rick said and I nodded. They all walked in.

" Paige I love you." Carl said and I smiled.

" I know, you tell me everyday. And I love you too." I said and his face turned serious.

" Know I mean I'm in love with you. I want to grow up with you, marry you, have a family with you. Paige I love you. We are going to beat this world together." He said and a tear rolled down my face.

" I love you soooo much." I said and kissed him. Maggie walked up to us and smiled. I ran up to her and gave her a big hug.

" I missed you so much."i said and she laughed.

" I missed you too." She said and everyone was talking.

I heard a door shut and looked up. Everyone was walking out of the hospital with tears in their eyes. I was so confused until I was Daryl. He was carrying Beth but she wasn't moving. She had blood dripping from her head.

" NOOO!" I yelled and dropped to my knees. Tears were coming out of my eyes like Niagara Falls. I looked at Maggie and she was on the ground with Glenn holding her.

Carl ran to my side and I buried my face in his chest.

" She's gone!" I screamed and he started crying too.

My world is ending around me.
