Chapter 11. Load up.

Paige's POV
It's been about 3 weeks since me and Daryl saw carol. We've been meeting her almost every other day in the same town.

Right now we are in the main area getting all the guns, knives, anything we can find. Rick thinks the governor is going to attack soon so we're getting ready.
" Paige, Michonne, go on a run to the nearest town and find any ammo you can get." Rick said we nodded and left. Maggie let us out and we walked down the dirt road to a town.
When we got to the town, there was only a few walkers in sight. But Michonne easily took them down with her sword. We walked into the first store we saw and believe it or not, it was a weapon store.
" Oh my! do you think we brought a big enough bag?" i asked and She laughed. I stuffed as many guns as I could in my duffle and so did she.
When we were done, we still had about another hour left before Rick wanted us back. We decided to go to the pharmacy down the road.
When we finally got the doors open, there was only one walker in there. It was a little boy. I tear slipped from my eye, but I quickly wiped it away.
I went behind the counter and grabbed any medicine that we would need. I grabbed ointment, gauze, and other things.i walked around the corner and there was a baby isle. I grabbed, bottles, formula, clothes, and little toys.
When we were done we walked out of the store. We started walking back to the prison, when we heard a big "BOOM" sound. I looked at Michonne wide eyed. " Run!" I yelled. She turned around and there was about 50 walkers coming our way.
We started running towards the person killing any walkers in our way. When we finally got there. I nearly broke down in tears. The prison was blown to pieces. Walkers everywhere. We walked down the road and into the gate. The next thing I saw broke my heart. Hershel's head laying on the ground next to his body. It was moving. Michonne stuck her sword through it and we kept walking. We walked up to the front on the prison and I let the tears fall. I fell to the ground. Judith's car seat was empty with blood all in it. Michonne shook my shoulder and pointed to another dirt road. I got up and started walking.
