Sophie pov

Dad turns the radio on and person starts talking. 

"This is BBC radio 1 and it's Nick Grimshaw. The first song will be What makes you beautiful by One Direction." (I apologize for the inaccuracy). The song starts playing. Both of us loved this song so we started singing along. After that, songs like Dandelions By Ruth B., Style and Blank space by Taylor swift, Shape of you and perfect by Ed Sheeran, Perfect by One Direction, Black and White by Niall Horan, Don't let it break your heart by Louis Tomlinson, 2011 by 5 seconds of summer, The weight, I know what you did last summer by Shawn Mendes and Rewrite the stars by Zendaya and Zac Effron. I was too into listening to the songs that I didn't notice when we reached the zoo. 

Dad stopped the car. We got out of the car and there we saw a sign that said "Closed for today. Come back tomorrow. We're sorry for the inconvenience." 

"Well, what do you want to do?" Dad asked. 

"I don't know, let's just go home and then decide." I said. 

"Alright, then let's get into the car again." Dad said and we did that. Suddenly, he got a call. He was talking to that person for a good while.  It was all medical so I couldn't understand. He then hung up and sighed. Soon, we reached home. He unlocked we both went to our rooms and changed up and meet downstairs. 

"So what do you wanna do?" He asks.

"I don't know." I say.

"How about we watch some old videos I have almost all of them." Dad said

"Let's do it then." He said. 

"Alright, get me my laptop it's all there." Dad said, I got him his laptop it took him some time to find the videos as they were old but finally it was on. 

"In this one, you are 1." Dad says.

"Wow, I was too little." I said.

"You were and now you're too big and I don't like that." He said. 

"Say mommy." Mom says.

"No daddy." Dad says.

They both were saying that back and forth. Suddenly. 

"Mommy." I said.

Mom shouted. I walked up to her. She picked me up. 

"Ash, I told you she loves me more." Mom says.

"Yeah, whatever." Dad says.

Mom sticks her tongue out at him.

"Did you record that?" She asks.

"I did. "He says.

"Yes, this way we will always remember she loves me more." Mom said laughing.

Dad laughed, and the video ended.

"Did she call you ash?" I ask.

"She did since the day we met. "He says.

"Which was?" I ask.

"She was 2 when they moved here so more than 30 years have passed since the day we meet." He says.

"That's long. "I say.

"Yep. First preschool together, then school, college, med school, residency. All of them together all these years." He says.

"You two must've never fought." I say.

"We had these minor fights every single day, we had major ones too but yeah." He said. I nod.

We watch some more videos some of them include me some didn't. And on one of them, I saw my toy on the top of the stairs the exact stair from where mom fell. Did she slip cause I left my toy there?
